villagers with a broken heart

i need help with hte villagers with a broken heart! i cant found the guy on the roof of the building across the river, opossite the ramen shop. perhaps there is a bug, because i tried to find it with the picture link.

you have to go to the building to the left of that one and sprint jump to the overhang to reach him. hope this helps/understand what I'm talking about.
