dificulty question

ive gotten the 100 parry kills in my hard setting playthrough. so ive finished the game and have had to start another.

do I have to get another 100 to reach the 200 needed for the "Parry King" achievement?

or do i have to get 200 in one play through?

I just popped the game in, but from what I have read, you MUST get all the kills in one playthrough. :/

Yea... you have to get them all in one playthrough.
I didn't know that until AFTER I beat the game the first time, and of course the first time through I killed everybody every way imaginable which didn't get me much achievement score.

yep. focus on the impaling ones OR the barrel ones OR the parries. and then once one unlocks, focus on the next. the throwing off edges and grapple kills can all be done in the squid battle. i parried as much as possible at the beginning and had 200 well before the squid battle.
