It won't be anything dodgy I don't think, might even be something like the tropicana site where you claim a new code every day.

Also, technically it won't be gold :p The trial codes only allow online play and don't allow any other features of a gold account such as sending messages off of xbox.com etc

It probably is "legit", but I wouldn't buy into it 100%. I hate entering the long codes as it is already anyways.

i heard about that before....someone who bought it told me that all the "guide" really says is to keep making new gamertags and using the 1 month free trial that is offered with it.

You didn't get ripped off, thats exactly what you bought. You bought the information on how to possibly get unlimited codes which was that link. Kind of like the auctions you'll see about how to get cheap consoles, tvs, etc. You're buying a suppliers list of sorts, same goes for this auction. Stay away from it.

Yeah I guess the information was right. But since it was £0.10 I wasnt all that freaked out.
