Problem with save files

Ok some time ago i needed to delete my account, but after i retrieved it most of my games (70%) got their saves deleted.I heard i could possibly fix this by clearing my console's Cache, but if this doesn't work are there any other things to try, cause i had some awesome saves including having everything with dead rising except the '5-7 day survivor' achievements.

What is your GT? I don't think clearing your cache is going to fix this.

It warns you that if you recover your GT you will loss your saves, but I had my account corupt twice and didn't loss anything (nothing I messed anyways). You also have to be careful when you delete a GT from your harddive. There is two options. One is to delete just your GT and the other is to delete everything associated with the GT (saves, themes, arcade games, etc).

Clearing the system cache will remove the game updates or patches you'll downloaded periodically when they're released. This however doesn't have anything to do with saved game files however it is recommended to clear the cache as it improves system performance. I'm sorry to say but it sounds like you're going to have to start over.
