Missing Flag In Damascus

has anyone else ever been missing a flag in damascus b4??

if u have please tell me as i have 99/100 nd i am wondering were i am going wrong

missed 1 to but found it it is in the marktplace with a roof on the ground floor
i will post a pic in a sec it's number 26 on the map of damascus rich district it is just below 27 but then on the ground floor it is in the circle (not the black one the cyan ( light blue) one)

I think Damascus was my easiest flag hunting of them all...Just look at them all again...With the new picture guides it's a lot easier to look at flags on the map and determine whether or not they're even worth checking again.
