Question About Springfield Collectables

I've completed all the levels in the game, all that's left to do is collect the items throughout Springfield.

However, I can't seem to change characters between Bart and Lisa. So, what am I doing wrong?

All you have to do is go to a bus stop sign and press X (I believe it's X, just read the prompt) then choose change characters. First select a main character with your LS, and select with A. Then select a secondary character with the same method.

Bingo, characters changed!
