I went to download UNO awhile back. I purchased 500 points and downloaded it, except it didn't download. It just froze. :mad: So, I had to restart the 360. When I went back to the purchase screen it didn't download UNO. I checked to see if it had taken the 400 points and it had. I bought 500 more points and it downloaded just fine.

I called up customer support to find out about a refund of points. They were super nice, said it happened alot. They said a "higher authority" would call me in 3-5 days. 10 days later, I decide it is time to call them. I have a reference #, I am thinking maybe a mix up, they forgot to call. I give the reference # and tell them my problem again and get put on hold for 35 minutes. When they answered finally, I was told it was impossible to download a game once and pay twice. They asked if I was trying to steal the game by using a friends harddrive??? I said no and was put on hold AGAIN! Then I got dropped.

I know it is just $6.25 or whatever, but that is total BS! I am not going to stop calling them until I get some answers. It shouldn't be this difficult. I will stop bitching now, I figured I would share for anyone else who might run into this.

That reallys blows, i understand the whole only 6 dollars or so, its bull if they dont give you 400 free points, if not 800 or something.

Iv heard this happen to about 2 other people now, so they should do something about it sooner or later.

check in your recent downloads or active downloads

And as far as I know "higher people" don't call you back, you have to call Microsoft back for that issue.
