if i was to send microsoft my xbox 360...would i have to send them my hard drive? or could i keep my hard drive and only send them the system? also, can people tell me how long it took them to get there's back please thanks everyone

Call 1-800-4MYXBOX. They will tell you EVERYTHING on what to do, because it varies from case to case.

u dont send in ur hard drive. im on my second repair run now. the first took 10 business days, this one is gonna be like 9 if it gets here on friday. also, call them basically every day and check up on it w/ ur referance number and eventually theyll give u a UPS tracking number and u can check its progress at UPS.com

same one with different parts. If it is unfixable, you will get a new one.

Glad he brought that up. If Microsoft see's anything that looks like it was hacked, there goes getting it fixed...

when i turn it on i get the red lights, but im getting a new one at the end of the month. :)

lol i dont know how to hack the xbox 360 so its impossible for me to hack it
