Love/Hate the game

So I just beat Venom & Sandman (800 points is good enough).
Tokens? A pain & time consuming. Many of the bosses are a pain as the button sequence is not always recognized -I hit the sequence numerous times as the Green Goblin & it didn't work, reset to the start of the fight.
Many times this occured with other boss fights.
The races? Way too much time for points.

I love swinging through the city as Spiderman & also using Rage mode.
BUT the degree of difficulty & the fact you CANT SAVE during boss fights totally SUX.

U dont really need to boost in gears of war just have a second controller in hand and boost a player match of annex of Nub pwner achievement and all the other annex ones the This is annex achievement takes about 8 hr to do.

Please don't spam. What the fuck does getting Nub Pwened have to do with hating or loving Spiderman 3? Absolutely nothing.

This game absolutely sucked though. It had a lot of potential to be great but it ended up being horrible. I never bothered with the tokens but i did pretty much everything else for the points.

I think he just posted in the wrong thread by accident.

A lot of people say this game sucks, but me being the minority thought that this game was great. Kept me entertained for hours, and I thought it was pretty addictive.

I do enjoy the general gameplay and swinging around the city, but I find myself cursing at this game more than any other. I like to call some of the missions 'chickenshit.' For example, how come I'm 60% complete on the game but still can't seem to beat the mission where you take pictures of the fake spidey hanging from the helicopter? I've tried it about 25 times now. This is a chickenshit mission, and there are too many like this one.

Take out the stupid missions, the coin collecting and the dumb cut screen button combos and you have a great game. As it stands...entertaining but not my favourite.

im kinda in the middle, there are too many missionns that require "dumb luck" the camera is a joke, and spidey gets his ass kicked way too much. that said there are some good points , but for me they dont outweigh the bad ones. theyve got the concept for a spidey game down (sandbox styel, loads of marvel characters) but honestly all the intricacies that would be need to make a good spidey game just arent really present-it would take a good 3-4 years of development to make a great spider-man game. is any publisher willing to allot that amount of time? i doubt it.

Well I'm glad it's under such criticism.
Friends I talk to either love it or say it totally sux.

I love the different characters, but the button sequences are stupid, don't always work, & why are some bosses not so hard, like Venom, & other lesser bosses easier?

I dunno, it's good great parts combined with really dumb-ass parts.

Thanks for replies---I saw some stuff for Spiderman 4 (2009-10?), but I won't bother with a game unless somebody lends it to me just to try.
