My 360 keeps on freezing when I am playing games. Normally it is when I'm playing DOA4. I can hear the music and everything, but no buttons work.
Anyone know what might be wrong? :confused:

Christmas Eve I think. IF it DOES die, can I call Microsoft and get a new one, or what?
call them tell them what ahppened... theyll send you a box, you send them the box with your xbox then you get a brand new one in a week or 2

1) Walmart will not except returns after 30 days and if it is open...
2) Your Xbox 360 has to be made within a certain time, if it is older then required, you will have to pay a fee, the xbox fee was $70 plus around $15 both ways shipping and handling.

umm actually its alot easier then u think..
buy a new 360 take the serial # sticker off and put it on your old box and put it in the box and return it and get your money back.. u gain a new box and walmart doesnt lose any money beings they defect it out and get paid for it anyway. end of story and eveyone is happy
I was talking about calling Microsoft........ As for having a 360 i went to best buy and "borrowed" one for a week ;) and yes they did return and it was open....

Serial number switch? You don't need to mess with the stickers... And BTW, Microsoft is still excepting broken xboxs and they've extended the warantee... so you dont need to switch serial numbers etc....

I don't care, retard. It still doesnt change the fact that is a Federal Offence, and better yet, you're telling someone to do something that is a FELONY. The serial number is imbeded in the system. I have an idea, YOU try it and see how much the law likes it.

my old job was customer service for Microsoft. That is illegal doing that.

your gamertag and achievements are saved to your profile on your HDD so you will not lose them, just dont send your HDD away with your xbox.:D

that is my new job. I am a manager there and my manager which is the manager of 4 stores, is going to quit, so I will get his job. Store manager makes more then customer support.

Anyone have a good detailed link about what your warranty extends to? Also, if I want to pay for an extension, how I would go about doing that. The XBOX Support site is good, but finding the answer to just one question isn't always the easiest.

Yeah, Fuck that. This guy was called that A) Because I had to waste 2 hours of my life helping Ban him and clean up his mess when he registered himself to the forum 3 different times in 2 hours when I was trying to spend time with my wife, B) Because he made a suggestion of advice to a member that is a Federal Offence and carries Prison sentence, and C) Spammed up my AIM about how he did nothing wrong but then the people that deframe him are on EVERY forumhe joins.
I had every right to call him that and will continue to do so if anybody else deserves it. If you have and ISSUE with that, you come to ME.
Until then, I Am an avid user of the Word "fuck" and if you want to edit every instance of someone using it, search em and edit them all.

I'm with K-Dog on this one. If you banned everyone or editted a message that contained profanity, then that mod would have too much free time on their hands.
This member in question is a pain in the ass! I spent ages last night banning and deleting his spam. Your lucky there wasn't an outburst from me ;)
