quick question

i just got the game and am on the first assassination and have a almost full DNA bar I'm just wondering how you get/provoke a conversation or whatever the hell you need to do to clear out all the vigilantes or whatever the hell their called.

I'm Confused too... Do you mean spark the conversation with your assassination target? If so just go to where the X (I think thats what it was) on your radar and it should automatically switch to some cut scenes.

Vigilantes come from saving citizens, If that is what your looking for, then just go up and slash, or do what I did and Assassinate one of the guards with your blade. that should get there attention, then just lock on with left trigger.

Actually now that I think about it, I think just locking on to them will provoke them into a fight.

no im trying to get my DNA strand full for that achievement and there is nothing left to do but speak to the vigilanties and i can seem to find a way to spark a conversation or anythign with them.

You can't talk to vigilantes. They're just there to provide defense if you get chased by guards.

If you're only missing two parts of the DNA strand, go to the Assassin's Bureau. One part is for the information to begin the assassination (achieved by talking to the bureau chief), and the second is for the assassination itself.

Yep, theres only 4 ways to improve your DNA strand. High Points, Saving Civilians, Gather the Information(I.E. Pickpocket, Eavesdrop etc...) and the Actual Assassination itself.

Also I believe the Final Strand of DNA is all white with 2 blue bars at the end
so it's not all white that may be a bit misleading.
