ryos paint job

does anyone know how to get the same dragon or apex glide theme on their car and the other teams like rogue speed nitrocide sound bomb and i cant remember the grip team but their themes i really need to know just look at ryos car or any of the team cars those are the paint jobs do u half to win something pls help thx
