If I turn on the cheats will it not allow me to get the achievements?

I wouldn't risk it, but that's me.

I turned on infinite Rage and Full inventory and answered a bunch of questions then turned them off and answered a few more and got the achievement. I don't know, the cheats don't do much so I'm just not going to bother with them.
