Wondering where that last templar is?

Are you stuck at 99/100 templars? Wondering where that last bastard is, and you've checked every spot in the game twice over? I may have your answer (and it's a crap answer.) I just started my game over to get my last few achievements, you know which ones i'm talking about ;)

Anyhow, I just got to Jerusalem, and I was jumping rooftop to rooftop on the northern part of the city, heading east, picking up flags, and going for that templar that I need in that corner when something funny happened (I believe it happened to me last play-through also,) the templar was notified by me throwing a guard off the roof, and started climbing up to get me. He climbed the ladder of the building ajacent to me, ran across some planks, then when he was almost to me, he tried to jump across to the building I was standing on. He failed since I was in a elevated position, and fell and died. Since I did not engage him, or deal any damage to him, he did not count as a kill for me, I have yet to leave the city, and come back, and I have since collected a flag, sealing the deal in the case i'm screwed.

This happen to anyone else? I'm not a big fan of starting over to begin with, and starting over a start-over just doesn't appeal to me at all.

there is only 60 templars I believe do you mean you have 59/60 or are you talking about flags?

Yeah, 59/60 templars, mistake on my part, I was agonizing on the 100/100 King Richard Flags, while I was doing the templars last play-through.

Got my instant answer, I didn't have to exit the city to hope for a respawn, I made my way on top of the church near that area that the templar is at, and for some reason, he came to try to kick my ass, and that's where I got him. Maybe it might be glitched for others? Thank god it wasn't glitched for me!

Speak of the devil! The templar spawned again, and I would've killed him again if a archer at the other side of the church didn't throw me off. It would've been nice to get a few kills that way (and credit for those kills) but I think that it won't work now since I died.

Unless this is screwed, this will be my last post here, I resynchronized and came back to the spot where this templar spawns I was surprised, but I killed him. After I kill him, I got credit for killing him, but I didn't get extra credit, I recieved the same credit I for a few minutes ago when I originally killed him, so there was no bonus kill there guys.

So did you get credit toward killing the same templar twice?

I wonder if that counts toward getting the ach.

If anyone knows for sure, could they please clear this up?

I killed the same templar twice, it showed the credit thing twice, but I only got one kill that counted towards my achievement.

I'm not sure if that was clear, when I killed the templar the first time it said I was at 5/60. It still said 5/60 the second time I killed him.
