Recovering

I'm Having troubles recovering my LIVE Account. It works on my 360, i have a brand new 12month and my wireless internet is connected

Here is the message it gives me:

Every time I try to recover my account That happens. Please help

I had this same problem everytime I tried loading the game from the disc. So what I did was go to Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo 2/halo2.exe

Try loading the game from that file and then try recovering your account. That is what I did and it worked for me.

Yes I've been hearing allot about this, something seems to be wrong with the launcher app. Just open it directly or make a shortcut of the halo.exe on your desktop or whatever.

Hmm quite a few people are having this problem i see.
Didnt happen for me..
Just need to link it up to my 360 for the points or do i have to start again..hopefully not?
