bass solo tour

Im sure the answer is an obvious one but how do u play bass on the solo tour. Ive tried to buy a bass and create a new character but i dont get any choice it just makes me play the guitfiddle.

No Bass solo tour, just Lead, Drums, and Vocals. I guess it would be a pretty lame to have both guitar solo tours in there...
