stealing opponents taunts

i am having trouble doing this any help and i am having trouble with the achievement where u dont get your submission movebroke i have did it many imes put it wont unlock

Hold Y and press the D-Pad in any direction to steal a taunt.

For the submission move one, I think you have to break ever type of ultimate control grapple.
