Guide needs work - spoilers

Case 3 doesn't explain where to get the video, it just says "You can now talk to Todd again to get some Video footage." He doesn't actually give it to you unless you view the video camera first. I had to use a hint to find this out on my own.

Also it doesn't say you have to examine the CD first to receieve on from the studio guy. It says to just examine the letter to receive the CD. Figured this one out on my own.

Case 4 doesn't explain that you need to go to the morgue before the garbage can(s)* appear outside the victim's house.

Case 5 tells you to examine bullets from the chest and shoulder of the victim, except it doesn't tell you to collect these bullets until the next paragraph.

"Fire each of the gun’s once to get a sample and match them using the Microscope as follows (just rotate them until the markings line up and then confirm): Bullet found in Floor > Bullet from First 9mm, Bullet found in Cash Register > Bullet from First 9mm, Bullet from Victim's Shoulder > Bullet from First 9mm, Bullet found in Wall > Bullet from Second 9mm, Bullet found Near Postcards > Bullet from Second 9mm, Bullet from Victim's Chest > Bullet from Second 9mm."

"Now you can go to the morgue and ask the Doc to recover the body. Go through the questions to get some fingerprints and some bullets."

Dunno how whoever wrote this guide missed this one.

After talking to Eddie and Kathy you must again talk to the brothers before returning to the museum. I believe the guide fails to mention this.

This is just what happened for me.. And I've noticed you can do some cases out of order, and some things you don't have to do at all. I just thought I'd point this out so it can be fixed if need be. Sorry if this has been previously addressed.

Dude... thats crazy. I was just going to open a topic and give the same useful info you just did... every single one. especially the one in case five, where you have to return to the musuem to look at the tiped over tables. That one was frusterating the hell out of me. Good work... these tips definatly need to be added to the guide to help future users out. Had these been in the guide, i probably would have saved myself 1 to 1 &1/2 hours search time.

Sorry for any slips I made guys and thanks for addressing all the problems. To be honest I wrote the guide all in one go after finishing the game and didn't play test it myself. I've changed all the errors/confusing bits in the guide so hopefully no one else will have the same problems.

Again, apologies if you had any trouble but the only way I was gonna see the problems was when someone else played through.

It does need some refining. In case 2 before you can take DNA from Shane. Examine the phone at the lab when you there looking at the photo, and the fibers. Then go talk to shane; you'll be interrupted by a phone call. Question Shane some more then he'll give you his DNA.

omg thanks. ive been going CRAZY trying to find that stupid trash can on 4 and it just wouldnt show up no matter how closely i paid attention to the guide :)
