Morale Gasser Achievment

Okay, has anyone got this achievement? I swear on my xbox and My friends, that we have activated heroic storm at a minimum of 50 times and the achievement is only for 38 what is the deal? Anyone else have this problem?

Did you completly fill the blue bar till your thanes start chanting "hero, hero" every single time you activated it? Thats what counts, not just activating it whenever you can, but only when the bars totally full.

OHHHHHH! alright. I am on my fourth time through the game and I will try that now. only 3 achievements to get.
