Can you play with cheats!

I have been reading about you can play the game on time trials with cheats and you still get the achievements on time trials but what i want to know can you play single player with cheats and still get the achievements, i need to play it on hard to get the achievement but will i get with cheats on??..

Ok den i take it know one know the answer to this den or not one has try it out yet!..... If that is the case i will give it ago and let you all know if it can be done or if some out there dose know plz let me know be4 i start it what will be in the next few days!!
