Help with Memory Block 4

I've read guides, including the one on here, and what to do at the beginning of Memory Block 4 is still really fuzzy to me. I went to various cities and talked to the leaders at the Assassin's Bureau, and in the both the Rich and Poor distract of Damacues or whatever I've gotten all the high points and I still see no new objectives. ...Help?

did you talk to al mualim? and when you hit the back button what does it say on the top right corner...usually it would say talk to the leader in that certain city.

It says 0/6 investigations, that I need three for an assassination memory and that I should climb high points.

EDIT - Okay, I just figured this out for myself, and to save myself face, I'd just like to say this should really be clarified on the guide. I was going to the high points I had never been to before, and so once I synced one for the first time, I never thought to go back.
