Templar/Flags question

If I start a new game, do I have to Re-kill all my templars and get the flags again? Or is it once i get the flag/kill the templar, its gone forever?

If You Start Again, You Must Find The Flags And Kill The Templars Again. I Found This Out AFTER I Started Again.

don't restart, go back into old memories, if you missed conversationalist, do that last, after you have everything.

Also, if you can't get back into the animus, go into your room, hold down L trigger and press y, you'll see writing on the walls, it will go to credits, you have to watch them all (I grabbed a snack and came back down). Once they are finished you can walk over to the animus.

I'm 59/60 templars and cant find the last goddamn one, if i restart and just kill a random one will i get Personal Vendetta?

Negative, you will have to kill all 60 of them again.
