Well here we go, our 3rd competition in 2 days. Don't say we aren't good to you! This one is open to everyone as well, so no restrictions.
This one is quite simple.... all we want you to do is come up with some ideas for AC2. Just tell us where the game would be based, what time period and who the main target would be and why.
Simple as that. And before people suggest Hitler, Osama or Suddam, it must be pre 1900 ;)
The contest will go on for a week, so close at 7pm GMT on Sunday 9th December. One entry per person...
The prize is an Assassin's Creed T-Shirt from the exclusive community event I went to, as well as a cool AC pen that shines the AC logo out of the end! These are not available in the shops, so grab yourself some exclusive merchandise!

Where would the game be based?
For my Idea it would be based in the same area that AC is based in now. Obviously it would start of from where you left of in the final mission. But Altaríe is set off to go to each of the different areas that the pieces of Eden are left in. Desmond must also go around the world, as he follows Viddak (spelling :|?), and Lucy, as they too look for the pieces of Eden. For the levels themselves you would first play as Desomd going to that area as he follows Lucy and Viddak. Then once you get to a certain point - something like a "push" in the story line. Then Desmond would either have a flash back, or he would have something to do with the Animus. So the game would either be based in an area in which has lots of the pieces of Eden, or it would be in different countries. But this different countries would have to reassemble countries that have had an effect from the holy land.
What time period would it be?
It would be set in both; 2012, and 1191. When you are following Viddak and Lucy, you would obviously be in 2012. Or to add story line effect it could be 3 years later (which could explain how Desmond has Altaír's abilities when he plays in the 2012 version).
Who is the main target, and why?
This is where Im split. The final target could either be for Altaír, when he fights himself in a sort of corruption fight (mention later), or it could be for Desmond when he fights the Doc, or one of the suits - With Lucy helping him.
Corruption
This Idea came to me when at the end of the game, you hear Altaír refusing to dispose of the piece of Eden, and let himself be talked into it. So during the game you could have corruption levels. So the more things you do wrong - against the tenants then the more you become corrupted. This could effect the fight you do later, if you fight the opposite of you in a corruption fight. Or it could effect who you fight for at the end.

Ok as an idea I'd say the target is Caiaphas obviously date being around 1BC.
Well if Caiaphas was taken out then Jesus wouldn't of been arrested and trialed and maybe just maybe there may be something therefore in existance which proves without doubt jesus' time on our planet and maybe even the odd descendant or two.
Caiaphas was the high priest who according to history was threatened by the presence of Jesus and decided the only way he could retain his power over the people was by eliminating Jesus.
Just a thought anyway :)
I'd continue the Story in 2012, with Desmond Having to track down the suits in New York City, he would have Altair's abilities aswell.
However when he tracks them down the treasure thy were using Desmond to find in AC, has been found and makes them too powerful for desmond to fight alone, so he goes back to Lucy and Vidic, who put him back into the Animus and he has to track down the Suits ancestors and manipulate the timeline so that the suits had never been born.
Altiar assassinates all of the suits ancestors, but as he does so, the suits arrive in the building where the animus is located and shut it down, seemingly killing Desmond/Altair. Vidic reveals he was in on i all along and imprisons Lucy, and tells the motionless Desmond that you could never alter the timeline by using the Animus, it only reveals memories, you can't change your past.
But Desmond and Altair at this point have become fully sycronised thus Altair 'rises from the dead' and forms with Desmond thus creating Desmond Altair, the suits escape with Desmond Altiar hot on their trails....
Then the game ends with Altiar assassinating the first Suit(Out of 5) who tells him a secret, the Assassins Creed is still active and their next target is him....
Leads on to the 3rd game nicely I think

I think it should be in western europe during 1100-1200
because you would have a lot of castles and you are something like a spy who has to infiltrate a huge castle or something

First off your just spoiling us with all these competitions. :)
Ok Setting: Id have to go with ancient Rome at its fullest around 116, main target would be the Emperor and you could also take out his top men leading up to it. Reason could be because they are going corrupt and going to try and blow up everywhere that isn't in the Empire..and at present day the world is not as big as it used to be because of it. So you go back in time to try and save "some" of the world. :p
The setting has the biggest potential i think.

The date should be 5000 BC, the world is place full of magic, being a sorcerer you must travel back and find out about secret events that stoped magic from existing in the modern world.

i think you should go back further starting from the 5th century leadinf up to the 15th jumping between major historical events say bringing about the fall of the roman empire (im not sure if the creed were around back then so dont slate me on historic events) going through differnt ansestors of desmond and finding out that he had a part to play in the capture and hiding of all the the fruit of eden.mabey an escape and so suit killing durin the night (escape, kill get back before morning) also lucy should go into the animus as she is an assasin.

Europe at about 100 A.D. Main target is Pontius Pilot. Altair (or another pre-Assassins Creed organization) rebelling against the Roman Empire and rulers of that time.

Where would the game be based?
London, England
What time period would it be?
1500's where you play a character that has to uncover the hidden line to the throne of England
Who is the main target, and why?
There is no main target as your mainly after information but its a race against terrorist's at they want to uncover the hidden line to the throne and brainwash the unsuspecting King of England to carry out there sinister means.
You could :chair a few people for information to find the missing link to the throne of England before the terrorists group.
The group of worldwide terrorists believe that if they can control one of the main countries in the world they could stage world domination while team up with the highest bidders from the other crazed middle east leaders.
So your the main character is called in to beat the terrorists to this information kill the blood line using the same machine from the first game.
Just one of my game ideas :rock

My idea is that it would not be set in one time period, but rather diffrent time periods. It would start of in Ancient Egypt. There you would have to assassinate pharos and key leaders. You would be able to climb around the pryamids and sphinx as they were being built, and your main objective would be to try and free the jewish slaves, elimiating the main slave traders.
Then it would skip to Acient Rome, where you would be involved in the assassination of Julia Caesar. You would be able to climb such building as the colosseum. Your main objective here would be to help rescue your allies who had been taken captive and made to fight as gladatiors. You could either fight in the arena to help them or you could take out the main warriors they would be facing before the fight to also aid them.
Then you would travel to Ancient Japan, where you would learn the ways of the Samurai and Ninja. You would be able to scale all the exotic buildings and you would have to eliminate key figures in the war. It would be a bit like Tehnu Z , but much better!
Then finally it would skip to Medieval England where the horiffic Black death had just spread. Your main targets would be the cowardly Nobals and Goverment who had locked them selves away and condemed the public to die. You would have to take great care when walking the streets and would be able to climb all over medieval London.

IDEA 1
The city is ancient Greece, during the pelopension war, Between the Delian league and the Pelopension league. The delian league has control over the treasury, making sparta and their other allies angry. But there is more then money hidden in these underground stashes. Altair is here to protect stop the war, assassinating a few leaders including Pericles the great who was the start of the war. The goal-Who knows what could have come out of greece without the huge wars...
IDEA 2
It is the year 2031, Desmond is in his late 40's, his memory is weakening, and his DNA is meshing with his ancestors. Guns are outlawed in year 2024 due to the great nation collapse. The government is souring into a harsh and corrupt agency. Gangs are starting to form within the UN, twelve to be exact. Each gang stronger then the next. It is desmond's, and his ancestors job to bring the world back to justice. The only problem, will desmond be able to decipher memory from reality? Will he the savior of the world, or will it be Altair?

I think it should start at the same point where the first game ends. Altair is by the first fruit of eden, and Desmond discovers that he has Altair's abilities, not only eagle vision, but his agility and killing abilities. So the game starts with you using Desmond to escape from your imprisonment. And now, Desmond knows all the fruit of eden's locations, and he goes trying to get all, to keep the company far of them. But every time he reaches the location of one of them, he has a flashback as a result of the Animus treatment. So he discovers that altair sacrificed himself to destroy the first fruit of Eden. And we play flashbacks where Altair's descendents that are members of the creed destroy every fruit of eden, killing the targets that have the pieces and sacrificing themselves to destroy the fruits, in different timelines, since Altair's time to world war 2, these times are, like, for example, America's discovery, french revolution, etc, except the last, which remains lost. The targets would be characters as a spanish conqueror, a french king or a SS general. And, at the end of the game you discover the location of the last fruit of eden, and you race for it, but the company gets it before you.
So, this way, AC3 would be a Desmond/Lucy storyline, so Desmond would have to become a killer and go for the company suits with Lucy's help until he gets to the last fruit of eden, and then you decide if you become corrupt and keep it, or destroy it, dying to save the world.
So this is it, i hope it is still valid, since i used a target, the SS general, that is located after 1900.

May cause controversy but....
The Main target would be Jesus Christ. You are a Roman Soldier who can see what Jesus can cause against your empire. After his crucifiction, rebellions and uprising of christianity. Your ultimate goal is to get to Jesus and to make it look like he died of natural causes or animal attack. You must cover up all your tracings to make any idea that the death came from the romans not exist. Before that you must slowly take out all of the disciples. This may cause controversy but it would be different.

Alrighty so here it goes..... The game starts in the year 2012. It is me that steps out of the shadows and into a pizza shop. i think to myself.... yum.... pizza. I get a slice, eat it and walk out. I go home and......... jump into my time machine and go to the year 1861 so i can kill everybody participating in the civil war and would claim the united states as my own! But first i'd have to kill everybody. I wouldn't need a shank, i just take out my 21st century sniper and snipe all them fools. Alright thats 3 million americans who were in the civil war, so i guess i might need to use some of their sucky and complicated weapons who after an hour finally have a bullet to shoot.

it could be in roman times and you have to assinate julius cesar and all of his main men. There would be some cool weapons and citys that could be used plus you could ride around on charriots killing people. Plus there could be some good high points and stuff they could place in the game. Theres my say....

Ok. I think the setting should be in post 1517 during the Protestant Reformation. You work for the Catholic church and must kill off the leaders of the Reformation(Calvin, Luther, Zwingli, ect.) . During the Peasant War (1524-1525),the Catholic Church leaders were under great pressure. Thus the Pope has hired you to take out these different Reformation leaders. These Reformation leaders were well protected by the peasants and would be tough to get to alone. The location is in France, Switzerland, and Germany. Maybe it could also have parts in England and Scotland too.

Your a freelance assassin and go to the different leaders who want the British throne and assassinate targets they want killed for gold .

I thought up of something cool. For AC2yYou'd have a different character than Altair. The story would take place during 44 BC and your goal is the assasination of Julius Ceasar. Of course there would be more assasinations.

It could be in the time of the American Revolution in which you were hired either by King George to kill the founding fathers thereby keeping America in the hands of the British. OR being hired by the founding fathers long before they decided to rebel in order to assassinate King George so that America will be given proper attention and thereby keeping America in the hands of the (nicer) British.

Maybe you could still technically be in the present, and you're trying to figure out the history of the Treasure of Eden or whatever it's called. You could be a bunch of Altair's ancestors/descendants throughout time, maybe reaching out even to BC. It could include Bible events that the game says didn't really happen, but the treasure made everyone think it did. Then it could go all the way up to the Civil War where your target could be Abraham Lincoln! Man, that would be tight.
xXIHEARTMETALXx
12-02-2007, 03:10 PM
ok you are in the American civil war. As a piece keeper another ancestor of Altair is sent from the Middle East to America to stop this war. You assassinate members of both the confederates and Unionists to end the conflict. The target is Lincoln because he is the president of the Union and thus an enemy. It is not Booth that kills him it is you.......

I think that the new assassin's creed should be in the Holy Roman Empire during the 30 year war and you would kill king of each city-states then as you get thorugh the campain you would see that some citys would be burned down or controled by a different reglion and you could also see a city that was slaughter and if you were riding a horse then you would have to watch out for other army or else they might kill you and when you start off you are in a city in the Holy Roman Empire and it get attacked and you have to escape or hide for the attack to be done with. There also should be a coop campain and there should be more mini games. You should also be to work together with a friend. You should also be able to buy lots of weapons and a bow. You should also be able to do special thing with your friend online or on the same xbox 360. Then to end it off there should be online, the first one should be to kill each other and you are in a small city that you can choose to be empty or full of people and the next one would be to see who could kill there targets first or work together and you can choose if it would be very easy, easy, normal , hard , very hard and the diffcults would make the target have more guards and beter ones. Then the next would be to kill the most guards in a amount of time. Then Team battle where in teams you try to kill the other team. Then when you finish the game the extra level would you would be in the middle of a huge battle and you could be a soldier in the battle. That is what i think that the new assassin's creed should be like. The final target would be the leader of the group that you worked in that as you moved up in the ranks you get more people will follow you and near the end the leader sends you into a traps because he thinks your to good and powerful for him to control so he try to kill you but you survive and then you have to try to kill him where he is procted by very good body guards.

For AC2, I think it should continue directly after AC1. Althair will continue with the eradication to templars to assure the protection of the pieces of eden. If anyone played through the game and understood all the game's info, Althair's memories were bleeding onto Desmond's permanently, which was why Desmond had eagle vision at the end. The game will continue with this idea, where Althair's memories will bleed onto Desmond's and Desmond will lose almost all of his self-identity. Desmond will basically believe he is Althair, with many, if not all, of his abilities in present day. With this being said, as a modern day Althair, Desmond should move towards assissinating Warren Vidic by the end of the game. It seems to make sense, will all of the pieces of info that were left around at the end of the game, but odds are no one will have any clue as to what the sequel will be. Can't wait for it, should be a great one.

AC2 continues on from the end of AC1. The Templars have gone back in time using the Animus and have found one of the remaining orbs and are altering the future. Lucy has smuggled Desmond out of Abstergo and off to the "B" site where the backup Animus is hidden. Lucy sends Desmond (Altair) back to Europe after the end of the Third Crusade. Altair must track down the orb by finding and eliminating the twelve Templars who accompanied the orb back to their headquarters in Rome. However, the Templars are scattered all over Europe - London, Paris, Rome, Athens, Madrid, Lisbon as well as some who returned back to the Holy Land. Altair's task is made more difficult by the fact that in Europe he is out of his element. An Assassin from the Holy Land cannot travel as easily throughout Europe as he can in the Middle East. Stealth and Cunning are even more important than they were in AC1.
PS - and no more flag retrieval achievements!

As For Story,The Story Could start off in present time, Desmond is about to be shot by the doctors boss. All of a suden the phone rings from a place where they are tring to dig up one of the Tresures Saying they have a problem of some sort, meaning Desmond has to go back into the mechine and figure out What the hell went wrong.
So the Game would start And know You are Altars Son, The Leader of the new assassins Creed, and Of course your Father is a legend Around the game world, with a both good and bad rep. So, The assassins Poses The Templars Trusure and Look to seek out and destroy, or at least make it impossible for anyone to be able to reach them.
As For Missions, being the leader you pick what missions you wish to send people on along with help them personaly
As For What types of missions, Youre Group would need information about the world at frist to be able to seek out these tresures. But One the frist mission, again something goes wrong. The templars Were in the ground, but now years later surviving members have risen up and attemped to achive "World Peace" Again. So Defending the storong hold, Disposing of there Leaders, again. Wile desiding how to go about these tresures.
Now the fine details could be filled in to anyones liking, but I would Love an online play.
Simple Games such as CTF, could you immagine 8v8, Sneeking around a city, hinding to the crowd, and hay scaling roof tops....all wile other assassins are atemping to come up behind you. The flag be in like a castle...assassins guarding it sneeking in the high risers waiting to jump down on the 1st idiot to try to come in the front door, whenthey catch a blade in the back of there neck.
VIP like game, 1 person isnt an assassin, more like just a guard andagain simply must be defendedfrom assassination atemps.
Deathmatch, TDeathmach, Elimanation T elimanation And maybe a game type called, Broken Creed Where the objecive is to kill more inisents and guards then your opponents

My AC2 would be set during the latter stages of the Roman empire. Here are my two ideas
Set between 50 - 70 AD which is roughly the time Romes least favoured emporer Nero was in charge, one of altairs decendants roamed the streets of Rome controlled by a noble family. He is tasked with taking out Neros company one by one leaving him an easy target so Vespasian (the next emporer) who is favoured by the family can take up the throne. Therefore leaving Rome in a time of relative stability and peace
Set anywhere from 150 - 476 AD (The fall of the ancient roman empire) Altair's descendant a Christian of Jew is trying to secure stability of the empire by taking out tirant emporers aswell as other barbarian leaders. (goths and vandals) The assasains once dominant across all the known world now remain only in the Holy land after being massacred by the barbarians, Altairs descendant moves to the holy land where he settles, right up untill 1191 (AC1). Although Altairs decendant completed the assasinations in Europe and won the battle he lost the war and the empire was defeated.

I have no idea how this game plays out as I've become a slave to Mass Effect lately, but judging from other's ideas I have mine.
Its the late 1800s and you have to hunt down and kill otto van bismarck. Why you may ask? Well simply put no human being can ever have a name that awesome and cool. Later after you have killed so many of his followers you realize that he is responsible for the unification of the German states and thus indirectly responsible for Hitler's rise to power. (HA! I worked Hitler into it.)

I think AC2 should be about a British assassin trying to take out the people revolting against Britain in the Revolutionary War, like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson so the British could change the course of history [from the future]. I think it would make for a quite interesting game.

I would say ancient Japan in between the times of 1700 and 1900. Pretty much you are a ninja in a ninja clan you could say. As they say, ninjas can go anywhere and kill anyone and with the engine that assassins creed brings along, it would be pretty sweet to be able to climb or jump anywhere being a ninja. Your targets would be ancient emperors and it would involve some of the older wars that Japan went through.

I really like the time period it's in, so I wouldn't mind if that stayed the same. It would be good if it shifted around a few centuries back or forward for some subtle changes. It might be too recent, but it would be pretty cool if it could be around the time of Hitler's rise to power, and he's your target.

Ok AC2 should be set around 44bc, with the final level being the assassination of Julius Ceaser (spelling?), but before yor charecter can do it, that whole mob (Brtus etc) take him out first, and your charecter is left on the run from his assassanation group for failing. As for the rest of the game you take out any other roman generals and troops etc.

Altair should attempt to use the Apple's power for good, and try to rebuild the Hashashin.
I agree that the game should take place during the Roman Empire, if nothing more than the parallels between that society and ours currently. Perhaps other cities could be Alexandria in Egypt, or Athens.
Either case, Altair could be responsible for the deaths of Cleopatra, King Tut, and his final target could be Julius Caesar. The whole Brutus thing was either a cover-up, or Altair managed to make enough people paranoid to kill Caesar for him.
As for Desmond, he should still be stuck at the institute, slowly regaining his abilities from Altair's bleedthrough into his genes. We discover that he's as great a fighter as Altair, maybe even moreso. The game needs to end on a cliffhanger, so I think I have a good one.
At the end of the game, Desmond, who has basically become Altair, destroys the Animus.

The game takes place in Ancient Egypt, with Altair being a slave. After being whipped many, many times, Altair decides to take a stand. After taking care of the Pharaoh's men, you must go after the Pharaoh himself, to grant freedom to yourself, and the other slaves. Not very original, but hey, I tried. :woop:

Where it is set....
I would make it take place in the Vatican City in the 1600's as the Illuminati were coming into existence. You would not be a member of the church but of an almost non existant third party. You would be a trained Assassin, as was in the first one but this time you would have to take out threatening people from the Illuminati. Mainly the violent ones who would be posed to hurt the church and create havoc in the city.
The main target could be a prominent scientist of that time period such as Galileo, you would have to put an end to his threatening actions against the church.

Ok, the story line can be kind of simmiler to the AC1 storyline (going between time periods). Except you are a guy/gal that has been tricked into working for an evil mastermind. So you think you are doing good, and in the end you see you are detryoing the future.
The setting and targets:
The most important time peiod for todays world, In France during the French Revolution(about mid to late 1700's) For those who dont know the importance, it is the foundation for modern democracy.
There wouldent really be one big main target, but the big influences to the revolution.)
Some Targets could be: Creaters of the National Assembly, Jacques Necker, Stop the attack on Invalides, and many more. The good thing is that there are many big events to put in the main game, and little events and people to take out for DLC. These targets would slow and stop the revolution which would leave the modern world to the creative minds of the game develepers

At the time when Europe was in the Middle Ages, Africa is flourishing. You are a master assassin, the best of the best. You are Altair, you must use your ancestor's memories once again to change the course of the future. You are told that your main target is Mansa Musa, the king of Mali. Although Musa has so much money he can virtually give a gold bar a day to everyone in his kingdom, he becomes greedy and starts killing anyone who opposes him. To get to Musa you will have to assassinate all of his sources, which includes both his brothers among several other people.
You work for the spanish in 1580. The main target is william the silent. Since he is the quoted to be "the first world head of state assassinated through use of a handgun" there could be an allowance for firearms in this game but with either very limited ammo or as terrible use in basic combat and only use becomes using them to take out a target from a distance, allowing for more ways to "dispatch" a target rather than moving in close for the kill.
Since I assume we have seen enough of the grand temples and the such of Jerusalem there should be at least a small scenery change between AC 1 and AC 2. I figure that since places like Holland or Zeeland at this time was slightly urban it may be a welcome change.
Your first misson could be to go to a half finished Escorial in Spain to kill one of the main architects, Juan Bautista de Toledo, who died during the construction of the building (how cool would it be to sneak around a half demolished building?) and since this happened 1567 there would be time for "training" and the such before moving on to Spain in 1580. I suppose you would start out as a teenager and then complete this mission for acceptance into the creed.
Also since William the Silent was a revolution leader he is the perfect target.
Just my 2 cents.

my suggestion is pretty simple, not really story related..
im always surprised that more next gen titles dont allow me to customize my character and put my face in the game.. having my face on the main character (whether the name changes or not) is a simple way to add immersion and strengthen the bond between the player and the game..
putting my face in the game and even other 'extras' like adjusting skin tone, height and weight for example, are great additions that really should be standard next gen features..

This is my take on it.
The game will follow Lucy's friend that died(forgot her name), back in 2007, with Vidic's first time working with the Animus, and Lucy being at a much younger age. She was in the same chamber as Desmond, as well as same room. Vidic believes that her ancestor, a Mayan witch doctor who worships Quetzalcoatl, and Vidic believes that he is the key to a book, one book that is proof of the existence of healing magic, and the doctor wishes to find it to save her son. Other worshippers are trying to get a hand on the book, as well as the European settlers. They all are using different rituals to summon the location of the book. The witch doctor becomes able to hear and speak to Quezalcoatl, telling her there are nine people who wish to take this book and use it to harm, and tells her that every one she kills, he will give her one ability from the book, as well as an offensive magic power. She must go to three different locales in Mexico, one being a tropical paradise filled with tigers and hunters, a pyramid that is the royal palace of the Mayan lords and an island where the Settlers are docking all their boats. The time period would be in the 1500s. The main target would be a secret, as the story goes on with each target's use for the book. Back to present day, Vidic is trying to find unlock the secret of this book, to save Lucy's friend from an illness, as well as that woman being Vidic's daughter, so Vidic would do anything to find it. Desmond would make a guest appearance, but in the form of Assassinations Records(since he used to be an assassin). So that's my idea of Assassin's Creed II.

As the dawning of a new day approaches, the vast majority of Europe has been infected with the black plague. Many rumors surround this mysterious disease. You are the head of the brotherhood, after al mualim passed away those 2 short years ago. Many of your men have been sent to discover the secret of the plaque, but unfortunatly none have returned. You must take up the task yourself, for just resently you were unsurpassed by any of your brethren.Polish up your skills, and prepare for a fight you wont soon forget. You yourself must travel the country learning rumors, secrets, and some new skills along the way. You might find yourself in some sticky situations with the leapards all throughout the towns and citys, not to mention the numerous plague outbreaks. You alone must find the source of the plaque, without becoming infected yourself. Be sure to watch your back, not all of your brethren can be trusted.

Well my ideas for AC2 would have to continue the story from the first one obviously, kinda left us at a cliffhanger ending, anyway the story should be a dual sided one, you are continueing as Altiar's and he now has become the leader of the assassins and has control of the castle and when he cant get any of the other assassins to find the strange woman from the first game it keeps cutting back and forth to the present day, where he is trying to assassinate those responsible for killing his parents, as he gets closer and becomes more involved with lucy in the present, he gets altiar one more step closer to finding the strange woman.

Read all of this before you judge whether I'm eligible. I have two settings that work together to make one whole. I felt that people want more of the time period Desmond was in, but also think that some answers need to be found in the past as well.
I think the game should be set in what can be considered the present time period for the first game. Perhaps someone trying to prevent Abstergo from gaining the artifacts that they discovered via the maps. Maybe even someone who's been changed by one of them and this gives him dreams about things he knows nothing about. Basically now the questions that need to be answered are who made these things and why and how did they end up resting all across the world?
More than likely the answers would lead us to outer space and an alien race, those who came before us, who left the artifacts behind as a gift, but now are being used as weapons. Maybe the assassins themselves in the beginning learned all they know from members of this race, creatures, who might even be human in appearance, who know how to blend into the shadows and assist humanity without anyone being aware.
Another idea would be a beginning somewhat like AC1, where you start out as a high ranking assassin, who is sent to free Desmond and Lucy but in the end loses his life just as his mission is accomplished. Desmond than takes over and escapes and now must become the assassin his ancestor was to stop Abstergo and end their plans once and for all.
The setting would be a semi futuristic city with tall buildings, all sorts of new tricks to scale them and new heights to do amazing things from. I think instead of hay to jump into, we'd things like gloves that allow him to stick to flat surfaces like glass, a bungee cable or something similiar for leaping down from high up. Also new non lethal tools to allow him to take out guards and innocents, since now you'd have the police to contend with if you go on a killing spree.
Another feature would be something similiar to Hitman where if you are caught on camera, too many witnesses, and suddenly people are aware of you. Newspapers that you see around town and News casts on TV would talk about your most recent mission.
And instead of the stupid rescue citizens and repetitive missions, you would instead take on gangs, defeating their leaders and turning them to your cause and assisting you when in their territory. There would be time, day and night, and your targets would now follow a schedule of events, letting you figure out a perfect place to take them out. Also we'd have to add in indoor areas, like the homes of targets, office buildings, and the like. Now you would break into an office during the night to collect evidence of someones misdeeds, and find out the part he plays in Abstergo's plot. After you've confirmed the targets evil, you'd then be allowed to finish him, but now there would be ways to take him out either through violent or accidental means, since a great assassination in this day and age is one that no one knows is an assassination.
And because of the fact that you have a connection to the artifact, you'd have flashbacks to events in another past life, this time in Europe as a young man who is of both Arabic and French decent. He's tasked with hunting down the remaining templars around 1307, the time when King Phillip the IV of France turned against them. At first his job appears to be to just eliminate men who would hurt his country, but soon becomes more about a hunt for the Holy Grail and the myths surrounding it.
My only other idea is for the ending, the discovery that your ancestor this time didn't just claim the Grail, but he used it to gain immortality. In fact he's been the one giving you your goals and still lives on to this day, fighting the templars, and he's chosen you to take on his work. He's tired, and sick of watching others die while he still lives. Its a new battle and a new man must carry on. The only downside is that he must be killed, so his final test will be for his successor to kill him in a battle.
I think thats about everything I can come up with. I'm more of an idea man, not someone who can flesh out a whole large script and characters. Thanks for reading.

It should take place in Romania in the 1500s.
Main person to kill would be Vlad Dracula. Trying to find him would be the tricky part.
You would have to kill many, many people before you can finally reach him in one of his many castles throughout Romania. It would make a good setting to walk through a field of 10,000 people being impaled. (yucky but kind of creepy when you approach the castle.)
Or
In the Persian Empire. Main target would be the Persian leader in the movie 300. I'm not sure what time period this would be, but whenever the movie 300 took place.

Why not change the tone a bit make the game totally different from the first one....why i say this is because some games with a huge swing work out fine....this is going to sound dumb but why not have a modern-type....ok yes there are no assassins around today well not "real assassins" but why not make it that...could happen in a big country like "America" or "Australia" i know that would take a long time to build and clearly would have thr same story as the first but yer...i am not fust on what happens

I was going to have it in a modern Boston, New York, Philly, where you play Grandpa Miles trying to hunt down Dr. Vidic and end the templar in the 60's. You've left me no choice but to set it in Napoleonic or Revolution era France. Having gotten straight Bs in history, I can tell you that the French revolution was bloodier and more urban based than Americas, and it is one of the best examples of what happens when you combine a few rich people with a giant mass of poor people.
How about this, the templar is trying to overthrow the monarchies of Europe and then put their men in place to fill the power vacuum. While the ancestor cannot stop the revolutions from occuring and will not interfere with progress, he must kill the templar's politcal masterminds this time with pistols and rifles along with the blades. While doing this, the ancestor fears that the pieces of the templar treasure will be found, so he finds them and puts them in different caches around Europe. This is why they are in the animus again, the templar treasures had been moved and they must find them yet again. I suppose the cities would be Paris, Amsterdam, and Berlin, and the history doesn't have to be dead on because according to the game, our history is mostly lies.
As for Desmond, Lucy warns him that the information from his memories was useless and that he is going to be killed. He gets out of the abstergo headquarters and runs. Depending on how ambitious the game is, they can track his escape and search for the assassins in gameplay or just do it all through cutscenes. A new estranged assassin is brought in and the game follows his ancestor through late 18th century Europe trying to make sure modern democracy forms without tempalr influence. Same setting as a few others, just more fleshed out.

An assassin who has to assassinate persians. You can kill anybody but your main goal is Darius. You can kill anyone in a variety of ways from sneak attacks, arrows and poisons. You go to a black market to buy items or weapons. However the black market is hidden so it isn't on your map. After you kill Darius it is revealed that you are the cause for the rise and fall of many civilizations including but not limited to ( Octavian Empire, Mesopotamian Empire). It is also revealed that your ancestor was Altair and you are a time traveler.
The game has 58 Achievements altogether worth 1000 points.

my idea would be to have to the game start off with the vision then vaddic and lucy come back in and you go back in to the animus. then it starts off altier goes and finds all the pieces of eden, the targets would be tempeler that survived who were trying to get the pieces of eden. then about half way throught the game you would then play as desmend and go with vaddic and lucyto find the pieces of eden.youe targets would be the people or animals who tried to stop you from gettin the pieces. then the story would end with you and the tempelers(future ones) at the point of the last pieces of eden. then a vision comes and shows desmond fighting along side other assassins to try and determine will get the pieces of eden, assassins or templers. that visions would mark the end of the second game and the beginning of the third.:Bounce::Bounce:

It could be in the time of the American Revolution in which you were hired either by King George to kill the founding fathers thereby keeping America in the hands of the British. OR being hired by the founding fathers long before they decided to rebel in order to assassinate King George so that America will be given proper attention and thereby keeping America in the hands of the (nicer) British.
Woah, that's exactly what I was thinking. But now I can't say that for an entry.
Heres mine:
Some time when there is a dictator or absolute monarch and you have to bring them down. For example, you have to kill Napoleon Bonaparte and his officers. Maybe also assist in the assasination of Julius Caesar or asassinate the senators that killed Caesar. Something to do with absolute rulers would kick ass.

Where game is based- The Roman Empire
Time Period- 410 A.D.
Main Target- Alaric the Barbarian
Why-Alaric was the leader of the Visigoths. For protection, in 394, he and the Visigothsalliedwith Rome, and Alaric led the Visigoths in the Roman army against the Huns. They were successful in keeping the Huns from further attacks for a while. But when the Roman Emperor Theodosius I died in 395, the Roman Empire was divided into East and West. The rule of the Roman Empire was divided between Theodosius's incapablesons. Rome was no longer safe. The Visigoths knew that the Roman Empire was weak and they renounced their allegiance with Rome. Alaric and the Visigoths saw this as their opportunity to take what they wanted from the collapsing empire. The Visigoths could not be defeated in battle. Alaric had multiple campaigns. All proved to be very successful.

3 leaders (taken from wikipedia) and assassination year
Ikeuchi Daigaku (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ikeuchi_Daigaku&action=edit), (1864 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1864)), Japanese politician

Allusions:
Bombardment of Shimonoseki
possible to lead into AC 3 with another chapter devoted to the boshin war
also allow the baddies to use guns, you are pretty much a mercenary assassin who is not from japan (helps out with the modern story) and you still use the basic weapons, such as a knife, and a sword and throwing knives. Im not real sure as to the modern day story but it will still be pretty cool

TIME: 1500's
PLACE: various locations throughout Europe
TARGET: Queen Elizabeth
You've been given the daunting task of becoming the lethal defense attorney for one of the most infamous female prisoners ever; Mary Queen of Scots! In this version of history, Mary has DEFINITELY been falsely imprisoned and her people have hired you to get to the bottom of it before Mary loses her head. Using much of AC's gameplay(expanded of course) you could investigate the various parties involved, doing assassinatey type stuff across Europe, trying to uncover the truth. All the throat stabbing and swan diving would lead up to the rewriting of known history as you slide cold steel into Elizabeth's warm chest. You could even get your missions directly from Mary by breaking into the many different prisons she was kept in. Plus, you have a little bonus collection mission trying to locate The Casket Letters that would prove the conspiracy against Mary. Well, I hope you like. Sorry I couldn't list some of the other actual names involved, just know that there were several Earls of This & That, plus a couple Dukes from Upper & Lower Crappington.
-But if you don't like mine, a previous poster had an idea about Jesus and his Disciples that would kick all kinds of rumpty.

For a story? I have no idea how it would fit in, but I would have him and Jesus fight against evil in a weird universe. That, would be badass.
Here's my idea...
Place: Egypt
Time: 1324 BC
Target: Nebkheperure Tutankhamun (King Tut)
The plot could reference why king tut died at a young age and how all the treasure could surely have been a motive for his assassination. A twist at the end could explain why the tomb of king tut was not pillaged by tomb raiders as were most tombs back then. The story could be told in flashback from modern day as tut's treasure gives hidden clues as to what really happened.

Year-1307
Place-England in the Time of King Edward the 1st (longshanks)
Final Target- Longshanks himself the real story of his death can just be a historical cover up.
Reason- a great time of conflict, keeps with the "medeivel" times can keep the same weaponry. if you go to far back in history you wont have any cool weapons because of the limits of technology at the time and it wont be historically acuarate. it is close enough to 1191 to were you could have the main assassin be a descendant of altair employed in england as a mercinary. for the scotish government or you could be working for the french and try to blame the assassination on the scots. I could type for a long time describing all of the cool angles you could do with this but the main is you can make it a true sequel to the game in keeping the same technology and play style. ( in my opinion you should wait for a third enstallment to make any drastic changes to the game mechanics to keep people excited about the game.) with the popularity of the first AC all you have to say is AC2 and people will buy it.

year - RL November 2012 / Animus china 1567
target - Emporer Jiajing
Leading off the hint of 'Within Emperor Jiajing'[s] sin and Quetzcoaltz's hunger lies the Answers.' Desmond must unlock information about Subject 16, Lucy, The code written in blood, and any other information he can about Abstergo's connection with the Templar, as well as beat them to the recently found Piece of Eden.
Only spin' would be that you could play as either Lucy or Desmond.

ok, heres my idea, now i am not sure if this is any good but i think it would be.
the item turns out to be in northern ireland and this causes the troubles. So, you play as des to try and take it back by going into the animus using one of the previous subjects memory.
you then have to play for both sides and work your way up to the top and finally retrieving it before abstergo.
BUT,.... Abstergo are the funders behind the war for both sides but while know the piece is in this conflict do not know where and so they let desmond find it without him knowing they are watching him.
he kills people until modern day northern ireland and then must take out the Executive of the Assembly of Northern ireland who are all there because of abstergo.
it is during these killings he finds out this and so teams up with the Modern day templars (by this point he is out of the animus) and he then takes out abstergo only to find out there is an even bigger company behind them, this would be AC3 then.
The map would be the main places of Belfast and he would get around by buses and trains. think of prison break or conviction and you'll get the idea of how gets to places.
It would be an open yet claustrophobic world as you wonder what people around you are in Abstergo or not. It should involve cars (yet not all driveable) and should be all about trying to be unseen as you may become a wanted man as the police may or not be all they seem to be...

Time Period: 15th or 16th century at the height of the European Renaissance
Location: Rome, Italy
Main Target: A corrupt cardinal or arch bishop who is in the midst of building a new Regime to rule Europe. He is the leader of a secret group which has long lost ties to the Knights Templar. However, their extremist views caused them to break away from the Templars and become something much more powerful and dangerous.
In AC2 you assume a new character who is obviously related to Altaire and Desmond. Possible free missions include the acquistion of ancient artifacts as well as famous written documents of that era which the Cardinal is after. As you assassinate high ranking members within the secret society you learn more and more about their plans. You also learn about your ancestors and this installment will help to explain exactly who Desmond is and what he was born to do: Assassinate. Other locations include Paris, London, and Florence. There will be no “Kingdom” to roam nor will there be excessive amounts of flags.
The end will include a cut scene of Desmond escaping the research facility in dramatic fashion. His motivation: find the ones who killed Lucy and discover what exactly they wanted with him. (AC3???)

Love this idea!!! Anyway.....
The main game would remain in the future this time around. As time wears on and you've been using the Animus you start to slowly gain more and more of the powers your ancestors and Altair had. You learn that the writings all over the place are actually the stories of past assassins that failed at the Animus. The Past would be through the Animus once again, you play as not only Altair but also as Lucy's past character. The past reveals to you what you must do to stop Abstergo and escape, through some crazy insane comparison that just happens to seem feasible. Desmond and Lucy go through the modern fortress and eliminate only those necessary.
The Main enemy would be both past and present, obviously coinciding with the story. The main target in the past would be the great great great Ancestor of The Doc. The enemy in the future would obviously be Doc.
The game would be very interactive as it was before still using skills like Eve's dropping, Interrogation, and stealth assassination. You would be given a hidden blade from Lucy who also has one. You other weapons come from around you, basically you use your environment to kill the enemies and targets. Instead of Guards their would be security. There would still be stuff to find but it would be things like Cd's or something rather than flags.
The Main Menu would be a huge revamp. Instead of just the options you are placed in the Animus room free to roam and chose options from your surrounding. The Animus is the main game(I.E. Start New Game or Load Saved Game). The Doc's Computer would be two new features... The Leaderboards and The Hashshashin connection. The leaderboards would be things like how many security guards killed, how many in one fight, how long noticed, how long unnoticed, completion percentage and other time based ones. The Hashshashin Connection would be a way for you to connect with a friend and play through Animus missions as opponents. Whoever kills thier target first wins, whoever kills the target first wins, and a free exploration mode. The options would be the computer inside Desmonds room and would really just be the same as they were before(I.E. Gameplay options, Video, Sound, ect...)
The Achievements would be Story based, Collection, Time Based, and other special ones pertaining to things like conversationalist. There would be 50 Achievements all worth 20 points.

Where would the game be based?
France
What time period would it be?
~1790 - 1815's
Who is the main target, and why?
Napolean Bonaparte. Because he is French. No, really, he would be a great target because of his yearn for power which ultimately lead to his exile. Spoiler alert: The game could end on Elba island where Altair finally gets to Napoleon and finishes the job. This would be a great ending because in real life it is still debated as to ho exactly he died.
Also, the guy knocked the nose of the sphinx in Cairo. I have been there and it looks horrible because of him. We could change that.
FYI: Someone may have already came up with this, I read the whole first page but didn't have time for pages 2 and 3.

My idea:
You would be an assassin/warrior for Sparta and the Persians would be trying to take over Sparta and other neighboring cities. You would be sent by the king of Sparta to assassinate the Persian leaders, and, eventually, kill Xerxes. I'm not sure of the time preiod, but around the time of 300. So basically, it would be an alternative for the movie, 300.

FIRST IDEA
My idea would be to take place during the early 1500s in central Mexico. You would be an assassin for the ancient Aztecs. It would start out several years before the area was discovered by Cortés in 1519. Your job would be to assassinate the leaders of the surrounding factions so that when Cortés did arrive in 1519, he would have nobody to ally with when he turned on the Aztecs. So the Spaniards had to make peace with the Aztecs as they actually did. Motecuzōma Xocoyotzin (also known as Montezuma or Moctezuma II) welcomed them and allowed them to their city. But rumors of their planned betrayal reached the Assassins there and your new task is to eliminate the higher ranked generals of the Spanish army and eventually Cortés.
I haven't read all of the posts (too many to read at once and this seemed like a good idea) so I hope it hasn't been taken.

Assassin's Creed 2:
Setting: I would have Assassin's Creed 2 set in the area of Egypt. I would include the cities of Alexandria, Cairo, Thebes, and the valley of the kings. This setting would be great because you can visit many awsome environments like the pyramids, the sphinx, The great library at Alexandria, tombs of dead Pharoahs etc. It would be cool also if the creators would allow the main character to swim in the next game. That would allow you to swim in the Nile river. I would choose this setting because of it being a somewhat similar feel to the first Assassin's Creed.
Mission: I would have the mission be to take out different people with power to ultimately get to the Pharoah. As an interesting twist, I would have the pharoah be king Tut. The reason why I pick king Tut is because his death is still a mystery. Some people believe that he was struck over the head and killed. This could possibly mean assassination, that is where you come in.

i think my idea is pretty decent. its gunna take way before the 1900's in russia during the 1500's. since at the end of the game it sort of hints that you will be traveling to various areas in the world i think that you will have to be one of altairs predecesors and you are set out to kill Ivan IV, but for those of you dont know he is famously known for Ivan The Terrible. I think he will be a target because of what happened in assassins creed. all of those people you were set out to kill were doing bad but in their mind they thought they were helping people, this is exactly what Ivan was doing, the monarchs and everyone thought he was doing evil but him an his followers thought they were killing people for everyones benefit, Ivan even had a secret assassination group with black hoods but their name escapes me right now....anyway when you must go for the assassination of Ivan you may have to get through them first, maybe some challenging fights for once? but yeah anyway Ivan would be great for this game especially with all the people he had by his side, he had a sick mind, he murdered his brothers. but he went insane once his wife died which was his only reason to live, thats when he slipped into darkness, he would be fun to assassinate. especially since it is believed that he died playing chess with a russian statesman, which could be exciting. but its also believed that he was poisoned because of the large amount of mercury found in his body after his death, which could also be interesting to because it may add a new element to the game like instead of jumping around and just stabbing people, you can be more stealthy and do things such as poisonings, or hangings or stuff like that, it may be less fun but would add more versatility and effect the way that the gamer plays it. just hear me out! thanks and happy hunting!

Assassin's Creed 2 should continue where the first left off.
The main goal is to collect all the pieces of Eden in the future so that the Templars would not corrupt the world to become mindless followers.
The game would be like the first jumping from the past memories of Altair. Altair would be going to the places where the other pieces of Eden are and finding out all the traps and the easiest way into get them. Then Desmond would go (after being rescued and outfitted by the last of his fellow assassins to stop the Templars from getting the Eden pieces. These assassins would help him move around the world and are his only allies. Desmond would only have a silenced sidearm to kill many of the modern templars but he would still have the hidden bade and maybe even a short sword. He would have the blend technique of talking on cell phone or reading a newspaper. His eagle visions would help him getting into the Pieces of Eden's hiding locations because as Altair in the past you would have to leave clues for your self or any who could understand the clues on where the traps and secret passages are.Altair would be required to find ways to get to each location and that would require Altair to do people favors such as killing and enemy for free passage and so on and so forth....
As Desmond the eagle vision would allow you to see these things. Desmond will be able to climb certain things like Altair and will also be able to choose what piece of Eden he is going to go for. As he collects and destroys them he is met by more and more resistance and will find Lucy and save her at the end of the game. As the story in the future progresses Desmond will meet with people who could be giving him bad information. He has to pickpocket, ease drop, intimidate, break and enter, and do some following so he knows where to get some info/more ammo/ where the safe ways into the eden is.
Thats how I think Assassin's Creed 2 should be.

Time: 18th century (between 1789-1799)
Place: France, between Paris, the Bastille, and the Palace of Versailles
Target: Counterrevolutionary targets such as King Louis XVI, Marie Antionette, the govenor of the Bastille
Instead of an extremely bloody French Revolution we have a silent more discreet Revolution that gives the people soveriegnty faster and avoids their war with Austria. Working for Robespierre you will take out all of the enemies of the Revolution, especially the King of France and his wife Marie Antionette who spent a lot of France's money. You will also take orders from Jacques Necker who was a financial director for the King of France. From him you will take missions such as assassinating the nobles who were upset with the taxes Necker were imposing to help France out financially. If you kill these nobles it will slow down the calling of the Estates General. (The Necker Missions will come before the Robespierre missions.)

HERE IS THE MAIN STORY LINE
You play as the other people who were put into the animus. Lucy and Vidic said that you were the best out of all of them. So you play as the other people but follow one main creed story line going through the city's of Ancient Rome, London, Egypt but all in different time periods. All the other test subjects would have the same controls and appearances but would be fitted out for there land. They would all be members of the creed and would all have the same basic types of setups. get a mission, complete it, do a few side missions on the way. But for example if you were playing in London you would have a crowded city but also a wondering country side. Or if you were in Egypt you would have to kill the different slave masters and run around in the half built pyramids looting the tombs and stuff like that. In the end Desmond and the other test subjects would all find out that the creed was still alive and would return back to the assassins "camp" (the place where he ran away from when he was younger (16?)) Leading to the third game. You would be in the assassins camp and you would learn modern assassination styles and things. It would ne called Assassins Creed 3: Modern Assassinations. No Just kidding. But Yeah...There is my Idea. Hope you like it.

I would like to see him join the Iluminati and spend time in Rome "cleansing" the church. Have two alternate endings, one where he saves the Pope, the other where he kills him and places a more deserving person in power. (just a story line, not a personal opinion). This could take place in the middle renassaince while the great artisits were creating the beauty of Vatican City.

My idea is its 1206 and Genghis Khan is the target. You would fight through an army of mongols before finally meeting up with Khan and having a climatic showdown. But afterwords chaos is still spreading through the land. An unknown leader has been sighted and you have to hunt him down.

I think that a cool AC game would be set from 1814 to 1815.
when Napoleone di Buonaparte was Exiled to saint helena.
The character is a part of a guild like the assassins guild now. He could travel the french empire killing off capitans, reclaiming the cities for the people. Italy, spain and parts of russia.Eventually going to the prison where Napoleon was held. The final mission you have to sneak on a boat with supplies and hide out, kill some guards and get info on the prison.
Break into the prison and off him, getting away unnoticed.
It should be set in japan when the samurai were around that would be cool you could be a ninja assassin and assassinate shoguns and emperors

Bushido: The Samurai Creed
After a century of absolute rule under the might of the Hojo clan, resentment has turned into rebellion, and the Emperor Go-Daigo has fled from his throne. Local warlords, known as Shoguns, have begun a civil war to take control of the nation. Key to the success of every Shogun warlord was his elite fighting force, known as the Samurai, who could turn the tide of war through sabotage, torture, and assassination.
1331: Medieval Japan – The End of the Kamakura Era
>Final Target: Emperor Go-Daigo of the Ashikaga shogunate

Step into the Animus, and enter medieval Japan as the old rule has fallen, and a new power is ready to arise -- carve out your empire as a Samurai Warlord, or die at the hands of those who can.
An expanded world awaits, where the player no longer simply follows orders, but can set his own course of destruction, by choosing to eliminate those who he desires and allying with those who will bring benefit; as warlord choose your course – backstab your allies for sole power, or honor them in a coalition of strength. Engage on the micro-level as an assassin, as in Assassin’s Creed, but also on the macro-level as a strategist, as in the Total War series.
Samurai lived by the maxims of the Bushido, their ethical code. Follow its tenants, or craft your own creed.
Features:
Storyline: Begin as a samurai apprentice at the fall of the Hojo empire - work your way up within the ranks of a competing clan or start one of your own.
Open World: A vast open world, like GTA or AC, with cities and countryside for the player to explore.
Faction System: Complete missions for various factions to gain influence and power; however, the further the player the progresses, the more enemies he will make.
Gameplay: Control a single character, capable of being a full assassin, as well as a war room, where the player can move armies, harvest resources, and engage in diplomacy.
Ethical Decisions: Different factions will have different moral codes; The Bushido was the moral code for the Samurari - develop your own code, with every action you make, and every consequence, from the player's appearance and abilities to his party member's personalities and decisions, and the world as whole; will it fall into chaos, or brought to order?http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/f1a113c172.gif

Why 1331?
Revolution is a great setting for a game, because revolution is a chance for change, which gives the player choices. The shogun system has multiple factions, which means there is not simply fighting for the right or wrong side, but fighting within a web of factions with competing interests; it allows for diplomacy and betrayal, as well as the opportunity for the player to form his own faction. Most important, Samurai kick ass.

Okay i don't have the game yet and I dont know how the story ends if its has a cliffhanger or not but here goes my idea. This takes place about 18 years after AC part one. The main character Altair or whatever his name is, has been corrupted by power and greed due to a magical amulet called the Dark Eagle's Talon, it increases his abilities and gives him amazing new ones, with them he turns his back on the Creed killing every last Assassin that refused to stand by him. This ofcourse would take place 18years earlier about right after part one, Part 2 would start out with you playing as Altair as he goes to assassinate a rouge who has the Dark Eagle's Talon. With the talon Altair is over powered and out skilled by the rogue but Altair manages to get the talon away from him and uses it to kill him but by then it has already began to take hold of him. As you play through a few missions as Altair he becomes more and more corrupted and innocent people die due to his actions. A member of the Creed is sought out to question Altair about the reason for the death of innocents. Altair thinks the Assassin was sent to kill him and the Creed had turned on him, so he kills the Assassin. This finds Altair being confronted by every member of the Creed this leads to a fast pased action sequence involving pressing the right buttons or analog like what they did for Resident Evil 4 or Spiderman 3. Hitting the right buttons when asked will have Altair engaging his enemies for example, hitting X, then Y, then A, then LB, then B will make Altair block an oncoming attack, duck, kick away an enmey, dodge roll and then kill another enemy all in one sequence, you will do this as Altair slaughters every last member except for one, a young man named Ecalar, Altair wounds Ecalar and leaves him to die a horrible death but he is found by a young woman named Tila who saves him and slowly nurses him back to health. Ecalar and Tila fall in love. Altair later finds 16 ruthless killers to serve him and he forms a new Assassin's Creed known as The Dark Talon and they quickly take control of most of the Middle East crushing all who oppose them. Now 18 years later Altair has an evil empire that has engulfed most of the middle East and is steadily growing, the people now serve under his rule as everyone fears him and no one would dear think of trying to stop him with his 16 Talon Assassins and his army of guards at his command, everyone except Taro. 17 year old Taro is the son of Tila and Ecalar who went into hiding immeadiately following Altair's rise to power. Living in a hiddden village with his family and others who refused to serve Altair, Taro grew up despises Altair. He has no idea of what happended between Altair and his Father, however that soon changes. One day, coming back from hunting with his best friend Emer, Taro finds his village in ruins, bodies everywhere. The Dark Talon had found out about the secret village and attacked killing everyone. As Taro and Emer searched for survivers they discovered one of the Talon members had stayed behind, the assassin attacks them killing Emer, Taro tries to defend himself but its no use, luckily Ecalar comes to his aid, though wounded he manages to take down the assassin and save his son(the game should let you play as Ecalar and kill the assassin yourself). Due to his old injuries and the new ones who got from the attack, Ecalar realizes his time is up and he explains everything to Taro. He also explains that the assassin killed Tila and Taro was now on his own. Ecalar dies in the hands of his son who then declares vengenace against Altair, his empire and The Dark Talon. Armed with his Father's blade, Taro makes his way to the nearest city under the rule of Altair. There he comes across a beautiful young woman named Lila being harrassed by one of Altair's guards. Without hesitation Taro kills the guard but draws attention to himself and is soon on the run from more of Altair's guards. Taro and Lila soon find themselves outnumbered and cornered, all seems lost until Lila's older brother Meroc along with his band of renegades jump into to save them. After killing off the guards Meroc leads them out of the city before reinforcements arrived. Once they were safe Taro explains to Meroc of his intentions of taking down Altair and avenging his family and friends. He asks to join Merocs group. Meroc refuses saying he and his group had no plans of taking the fight straight to Altair and his empire, they only refused to serve under his rule and were going underground.Out of graditude for Taro saving his younger sister's life, Meroc offers to train Taro in the art of assassination, combat, stealth and agility, for Meroc was once an Elite Assassin for a group years ago before Altair betrayed them( Yes Meroc was once part of the Creed, he didn't join them in their attempt to subdue Altair). Four months later, Taro is now 18 and even though he has only a few months of training, his thirst for vengeance is growing stronger and clouding his judgement, he believes he is ready and makes his way back to the city which he fled. Your missions as Taro are to rid the middle east of Altair's evil empire. It will have you travel to different cities under his rule, assassinating Altair's loyal preachers, taking on the members of the Dark Talon group, kick start a revolution that will cause Altair's empire to slowly crumble. As you progress through the game Taro learns of Altair's plan to spread his empire to the farthest regions of the world, though Altair's empire is powerful, there are other even more powerful empires that would crush his if he tried to overthrow them. Not to mention they have geography on their side. Altair though, learns of 6 powerful gems, " The Pheonix Gems" and 30 magical runes. These runes act as teleporters, and the gems as the power sources, by placing ten runes in one area and ten another further away and one gem in between the runes will create a portal between the two areas. Altair plans on using the portals to send his armies through to launch a surprise attack upon the citites under his rival empires' rule. Altair sends one Dark Talon member alone to each city(three in total) to secretly set up the teleporters. Once learning of this, you as Taro will travel to the three citites to assassinate the three Talon members and stop Altair's plan. You fail to reach the third and last city in time and Altair's army will travel through the portal and attack the city. Altair will step through the portal as well to see his plan in action. You now have your shot at revenge, Altair is within reach, the only things standing in your way of getting your revenge are two armies at war, a city on the verge of being destroyed and Altair powered by the Dark Eagle's Talon. Can you survive?

I would set the next game in the 4th or 5th century in the ancient Mayan civilizations. It would be easy to have HUGE cities to climb all over in this jungle like civilization. It would also be cool to have cave-like underground assassin bureau's hidden in the different cities. you could have traveling in the jungle between each civilization. The target's could be people in a secret brotherhood as well who are trying to overthrow the king.

I understand why you want to shy away from the twentieth century, but I think it would be amazing to go back to 1914 and redo the most botched yet most significant assassination in history! If Archduke Ferdinand had been assassinated to make it look like an accident instead of shot through his car's windshield by a Serb student that day in Sarajevo, the history of man would have played out much differently! This was the catalyst for The Great War, which was in turn the catalyst for WWII, together, the most significant and defining events of the modern world! Without these events there would be no Hitler, no Hirohito and no Khrushchev banging his shoe on a podium declaring "We will bury you!" Of course, perhaps it is for the better - German is such a harsh and ugly language... I'm glad I speak English!
Aside from that, imagine how much fun it would be to redo that day in Sarajevo! The streets along the planned route were lined with serb assasins, but Archduke Ferdinand's driver got lost, unintentionally averting the this route and its assassins... Unfortunately one lonely serb assassin on his way home stumbled across the lost Archduke on a lonely street and shot him through the windshield. Imagine Altaríe following the lost automobile from the rooftops until it's journey to that fateful "dead end." Jumping down and forcing that car to drive off a bridge with no witnesses! Or perhaps Altaríe could foil that lonely assassin's fate and enabled the archduke to make to his destination safely. Of course, if that happened the game would have to be in German, and I don't speak german... but I guess I would speak German... I'm confusing myself!

Let's send Altaríe after some real bastards.
King Osiris marries his sister Isis in Egypt. Nothing good ever comes from incest, so their jealous brother Seth murders and dismembers Osiris and scatters the 14 parts all over Egypt. Isis searches for and finds 13 of the parts, but Seth threw the King's frank and beans in the river. Isis eventually finds Osiris' 14th part, but it's all soggy and limp, so, being a good and loyal wife, she fashions a new and improved penis for her dead king and copulates with his corpse. The product is Horace, who is their son and nephew and the arch enemy of his uncle Seth, of course! After he has done his job, Isis pickles Osiris and makes the first mummy, and apparently the first MILF (Mummy I'd like to... hehe!)
Horace apparently rips off one of Seth's testicles and Seth gouges out Horace's eye and feeds it to his cat. Then Seth molests his nephew! Clever Horace intercepts Uncle Seth's semen discreetly and throws it into the river. Not to be outdone, Horace makes a "special" salad dressing for Uncle Seth to establish his dominance and gain rule over Egypt!
Hey man, I didn't make this up! It's the writing on the walls! These crazy bastards are more dangerous than Saddam's sons, and I think Altaríe needs to take them out, retroactively!

Set in and around the Belgian Congo in 1887 during the scramble for Africa
The region had only just recently been aquired by Belgium and was in turmoil, with the French, British Germans and Portugese empires eying the rich lands, you are a mercenary fresh off the ship from Spain who is willing to hire himself out to conquer the land again for a foriegn power by killing the local Belgian colonial lords or you can stabalise and secure the interests in the region for the Belgian crown via the removal of key native chiefs and colonists of the opposing empires, or even fight the good fight for the freedom of the native inhabitants by removing the imperialist forces.
There are no good guys in this game except for the natives who are just trying to survive all other factions care only for their own prestige and power.
p.s sorry if the grammar and spellings are a bit off im not very good with either.

Assassin's Creed 2
Setting:
1865; United States
Targets:
The Lincoln Assination Conspirators
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Different character, a decendant of one of the conspirators, is sent with a chance to stop the assassination of President Lincoln.
If he choses to save Lincoln, there would be a list of the list of conspirators that assassinated Lincoln, plus attempted to assassinate high members of his staff, 7 in all.
BUT ...
If he choses to follow his family's heritage and history, he can then be set in motion to help carry out the assassination's there by following history or by changing some killings up, altering the course of history.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The setting would be in and around the Wasthington D.C. area, the beautiful hillsides of Virgina and possibly the outskirts of D.C. into Maryland.
Plenty of historical accuracy could be paid to 1865 Washington D.C., making gamers feel as if they are transported to the times, and with the options to alter history or follow though, there would be plenty of room for different endings and multiple play-throughs.

I believe that the best idea, in my opinoin, would be for him to travel back in time to ancient Japan. There he would train with the original ninja and become a better stealth technician. From there he would carry out many different tasks needed by the ruler and other black market oppurtunities. I think he would also have a part in a fuedal war. Becoming one sides "secret weapon" kinda/sorta like Rurouni Kenshin, but much better.

i think that ac2 should be set back in the mayan times (BC) where the pieces of eden or whatever they were called are spread out through south america( the peices origionally came from there but were lost in the holy land) assassinating the warlords with the other pieces of "eden". Desmond uses the animus to go back to his ancestor (you pick the name) the mayan assassin and does all of the stuff that i just explained then at the end of the game the pieces of "eden" are lost when they are taken to europe.

i think it'd be cool for the second assassin's creed to take place in roman times (for a descendant of altair) during from around 27 BC to 68 AD, which is the Julio-Claudian Dynasty, and for desmond, during present day right after Abstergo sent people to the artifact locations, and the game could take place after the events of the first assassin's creed, at several of those locations that the piece of eden showed (which could also be at the places forshadowed by subject 16's blood when you use eagle vision while you're desmond).
the main targets could be the roman emporers of that era Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, and then finally, all leading up to Nero, the last emporer of that dynasty. the reason could be because in real life, most of them went crazy and mad, and for the game, they could have gone mad due to contact with an artifact or two. when Al Mualim wanted power because the Peice of Eden could create illusions, the roman emporers could seek the artifacts because it allowed them to bypass their laws, (the laws of the twelve tables) and they believed it could grant them absolute power. to get to the the leaders, the new descendant would have to take out politicians and plebians. the templars in this game, would still be templars, but just under the guise of the praetorian guards (emperors personal bodyguards). that's basically my idea

Set in the 60's-00's, as a modern day assassin, hired by whoever asks. Assassinating famous names from this period who were "assassinated" i.e. Kennedy, Martin Luther, Bhutto etc (RIP). Mixture of Assassin's Creed & Hitman, still remain true to the AC gameplay but with some modern gadgets/methods. Assassin reguarly has flashbacks which link to ancestry i.e deja-vu
OR
Set around the time of the film 300, not sure when that was but could be interesting

prob not a great idea but the unification of italy would be pretty good to play as a game, with trying to take control of the south of italy as Garibaldi, and you could also have different parts to the game, for example playing in part of the Franco-Austrian war
set in 1860 its pre 1900

Hooray for me, Billy, hooray for ME. After another history class, I would set other parts of it in Ireland, which was experiencing a rough merger with England shortly afterwards. Even more beggars in Dublin though.
