why, you should get it by the 5th assassination, I got it at the 4th but I did every view point and save citizeb so it comes faster.

You need 20, which is 2 full rows, the glitch doesn't screw up anything, it may take longer than the 5th assassination if you don't do all the side missions.

20 bars, just do all the side missions (save citizens, highpoints) and you will have full in no time

i had less than 17, at the moment i think i have 15. i quit and played the first memory over again and wham! i got it

Yea, it can happen after a certain point that is unknown to anyone (I assume the developers don't know about the glitch in the final version).

I just got this like 10 mins. ago.

I exited to the animus then exited to the title and it gave it to me right before it went to the title. weirdness
