stuck please help

stuck on the military mission act 2 i just entered a silo and found a power box on a pole holing up the rocket i dont know what to do im stuck here

You should be able to get on the elevator on the ground level and move up to the next if you destroyed the power box. Once you're on the next level, you go in the rooms and keep looking for power boxes to destroy to allow you to keep moving towards the top.
