Episode 11 help

Alright, stuck on episode 11. When protecting the Relic (the big crucifix) and there are the two boulders and what-have-you. How do I win? It is hard, thanks for any help.

Hm, i'll tell you how i managed to win this episode, first of all by walking to the top (where the relic is at) on the ride side you should quickly close the entrance by letting you thanes move the stone , once done call them together an get up to the cruzyfix. The enemies will run up to you, use the combo X,X,Y on everyone that comes in your range and be sure to not let anyone get on the cruzyfix. With the X,X,Y combo you fill up your heroic power . Try to active an heoric push or even heroic storm as soon and often possible . After 2 or 3 enemy hordes , two of the big guys are comming. Use one of the stones to smack them. another enemie horde following can be killed by the second stone. Smack down the other enemies that survived and ta ta You Succeed. Thats how i managed it on LEGEND !!

And if that doesn't work for you, you can try it my way...

Close off the entrance with your thanes first, then run down to the gate where the enemies come in for the first wave. After you own the first wave, wait until the second wave starts to come, and release a boulder on them, then just pick off the rest... when the wave of enemies come with the giants or whatever they are, run down immediately and use carnal on them to rip out their hearts through their throat. While you go do that, tell your men to start working on the other boulder, by the time your done, the boulder will come down and take out all of the little enemies.

thanks fellas I have been pretty much doing that except some little guys (like 3 or 4 get by my and when I go to get them off of the relic it breaks. so I guess I will try throwing them away from it now IF they get by me again. Thanks alot for your help.

Personally, i'd have to agree with wolfguy069's tactic, it' much easier to go kill the trolls (whatever they are) at the gate. Did it on my first try vs 20 times the other way.

how do i use carnal to rip out their heart thru their throat? i didnt even know i could do that!!

To rip out the trolls throats, just go up to them and push B to grab them then tap B, then when you get on its back start tapping Y and you will opens its mouth and stuff your fist in it. Works wonders on those damn things.

As for defending the relic it took me less then 10 tries.

My problem was the second wave before the trolls, but I stayed up near the platform the relic was on and charged up my carnal (but didn't engage it) and when they got close I carnaled and just pounded the enemies. As for the trolls and the wave after, I used a guys advice in another thread about this mission. When the trolls appear in the water start your guys hacking the left rock ( but dont LB x it) when they get closer to the door start the song and have them cut the rock, if timed right it will take out both trolls.

Then right after that I had the Thanes cut the right rock ( didn't wait just used the song on it) and it killed most of the enemies except for about 6 or 7 of those claw guys which were easily carnaled.

took me about 45 mins total with around 7 or 8 tries. There are a few different strategies for this mission just read through the couple topics and try the one that fits you best.
