Hide And Seek Lvl 16

Anybody know where the little dude is hiding?

I looked at the top of the building 5 times and 5 more at ground level.
I simply can't find him anywhere :confused:

Hints?

if this is the one i think it is, its a bit of a pain in the ass...
if its the one down the bottom of the map, then i THINK its this one...
there is a tiny balcony on western (lake) side, and he is hiding in there
you need to slowly walk off the western side so that you drop down whilst holding onto the railing
you should be able to then hit B and move yourself into the balcony
i only found it cause i ran up the wall on that side and saw him...
now, if someone can help me with level 19???

actually hes the red dot on the map at the bottom. you have to chakra concentration 3 to get to the top and drop down one level and hes hiding behind a purple tarp

It's not the one by the lake.

He is on the 3rd floor balcony of that big building. You have to jump on the water tank thing and double jump up there.

17 was pretty hard to find. He is near the top of the tower, pressed against the wall. You have to get up there and walk along the edge around the corner to find him. I think I got on top of the tallest building there by riding a zip line over then dropping down.

I`m still having some mad problems with this.
I can`t seem to find 16 either and all of the posts above don`t seem to help ( KingGoten`s post refers to another hide and seek because this one takes you all the way to the other side of the map with that huge tower and that person you delivered a ramen to ). Is there a video maybe of this? Help would be really appreciated.

I got the exact same problem as mr.sasori when i was trying to get this done. It just pissed me off when the little guy was giggling when im working my ass off to find him... I think i found him one building to west of that KingGotenW's map and i railed to the top of a tower there, looked down and saw that bastard behind a blanket at a little ledge overlooking the river. I also think there is no other way get to him than dropping from that tower... I hope this helps
