best place i find to get this achment is curtins down all you do is, from where u start shot a gaurd and they will all coming running at you just keep popping them off as they come to the doors

thier is only 63 ppl on this lvl so make sure you count how many kills u have by walking over each body and counting them make sure you get the 2 targets , YOU STILL HAVE TO DO THE MISSION TO ESCAPE (NOTE THE 2 men MUST BE WITHIN THE 47 KILLS )
