it was at shop but the hicks at the store lost the hitman disk *sigh* so i have to back tomorrow to see if theyve found but before i do

I don't know how much 40 pounds is, but if it is around $60.00 then yes. I bought it and I loved it. I could play it over and over for a very long time. You should buy it!
