Stuck and unable to proceed any thurther

I think I may have shot myself in the foot badly with this game

I completed it and now im just running around tying up the loose ends.

I have 2 Hide and seeks left to do
6 Races
2 Ramen Deliveries
And finally 1 lovelorn villager to find

However this is what concearns me, I bought everything apart from chakra concentration level 3 last and I think im screwed. No more races or hide and seeks are showing and its impossible to do the next ramen delivery because I need the chakra capability to do so. I only have 204 training points and need 250 to afford but there isn't anything left for me to do apparently.

Does this mean the end of the road?

Yeah it does seem pretty bad.... you should have gotten the basics before anything else. Even if you do some of the other things they'll only give you like 4 training points.... you definately need lvl3 for the ramen delivery and races. Have you tried the vs match against kakashi, sakura, sasuke etc?

Yeah I have beaten them all.

Also ran around fighting random bandits but the only reward which I have a ton of already.

you should go fight kakashi,iruka,sasuke,sakura, for those points
