Do you have the option to change your characters class or appence when starting the game (but still keep levels/items), or do you literally have to carry on with the exact same character?
I only ask because otherwise it looks like I'll need to play through the game 5/6 times to get all the acheivements. (once normal, second time with same character on hardcore and to get to lv.60, third time with same character on 'insanity', 4th and 5th time with new character for various class based ability acheivements)
