Easy Leveling Up

Is there a easy way to level up characters without re-playing the levels?

Try the characters dream levels.

When I was leveling up Honda I just replayed his dream level a handful of times and level upped quite quickly and got new skills to boot.

If not that just start on the survival tower and you should start to level up then just restart when it gets to tough
