Ok i started playing the game and went on my first assignment. i beat enough little missions to be approved for my first assassination so i went ahead and killed the guy without completeing all the missions before hand. now my question is can i go back and do these after i beat the game? What exactly can i do once i beat the game? the reason i ask is because now i see the get one of the achievments you have to do all the missions like save all citizens.

if possible answer my question without spoilers

You can go back and replay that 'Memory Block' once you've completed the game. So yes you can go back do the missions and get the achievements for it.

Just want to double check for the "Disciple of the Creed" achievement: Before assassinating your target, you need a full DNA bar minus one slot? That one slot is then filled after your target has been eliminated right?

From what the guide says, what you're on about isn't the DNA Bar. It is in fact a 'Memory Strand' what the DNA Bar is, is what effectively is the 'health' bar in Assassin's Creed.
From what I can tell, as I haven't got the achievement yet, you need to have your health up to full from what you have at the moment, as it does increase but as long as it's fully synchronised when you kill your target, it'll be a kill towards the achievement. I've done this so far, so when I finish the game, we'll see if it's true.

Ah okay. Thanks. That makes more sense now that I think about it.

memory strand is not the DNA, and i killed the last target with one little sliver of health left and still ended up with the achievement. Not really sure what triggers the achievement from being rewarded

WRONG... DNA strand is the side missions and objectives of that level. It looks like a DNA strand for crying out loud. Your health bar is nothing but a sycronization bar, not DNA strand. Complete all missions, save everyone, get to all view points and then assassinate your target and you will get the achievement at the end of the game.

if you go back to a memory block do you have all the abilities that you have obtained or only the ones you had at the moment?

Only the ones at that time.

I got the achivment without full hp and without full memory thingy on atleast 2 blocks.
Seems "buggy" or if its only the last one that matters but I asure you, neither of the commonly thought ways was in action for me.
That is, I did NOT have a full synchronization bar and on memory block 2 and 3 I have missions left to finish.

The achievements are definitely buggy. I got Absolute Symbiosis by quitting out of the game, when I clearly didn't have it yet. Also got Protector of Jerusalem when I had 2 citizens left to defend.

The premise of the achievement Disciple of the Creed, is to have all the investigations done per assassination. Not sure if you're required to have all citizens saved and all view points as well, I did anyway for speeding achievements along.

Just wondering as well for those who have done it, with the full sync bar achievement, I've saved every citizen in the first district (the poor one) and got all the view points there. But I've got no view points in the kingdom and my sync bar is about 3 quarters full. So just wondering, if I kill the first target tamir, will I miss out on the sync bar achievement where I have to kill them with the bar full????
Because when I try exit the kindom, it says warning, I will return to previous memory or something like that.
