I have come to the part after i killed the three first men and is on a second mission. I went to the first city you visit and i can seem to know what to do.

I want to complete everything, but nothing shows up on the map.
And if youre supposed to find them youreself, how do you actually find and complete everyone.

PS. I think it may be one possibility, and thats is because i could'nt pass one barrier but maybe the other barrier is gone now.

You have to find a View Point and synchronize it. Then the objectives will show up.

Yeah, the Rich District's barrier is gone now so you can go in that area and find a View Point which will begin the entire area.
