On the level 'Blood' you have to fight two bosses here, Nanna and Utu. They spawn where you are currently located. They also will spawn 3-6 Cultists(creatures with the pop-able heads) at a time. This level is an easy and quick way due to the volume of enemies to get your achievements.
Melee: Use Billy and her RB ability. This will trap 3 Cultists at a time. Then use her sword to dispose of the trapped victims. As long as the Cultists are standing still, you can usually kill them with one swing of your sword. Make sure your indicator is red to 'lock on' to them. Took me around 30 minutes to get my 250 and yes the LT works as a melee kill.
Explosive: Use Black and her LT fire(Grenade Launcher). As soon as Nanna or Utu show up, back away from them. Soon they will spawn some Cultists. Make sure you aim directly at the Cultist, if you hit a wall or the ground and kill them it doesn't count. It needs to be a direct hit so their bodies explode.
Ghost Bullet and Head-popping: Use Black and her RB ability. As soon as Nanna or Utu show up, back up. The Cultist will spawn and will be in a sort of semi-circle. Wait a few seconds for them to attack your team or you. With more space in between them you should be able to 'pop' all three of their heads. By the time Nanna or Utu show back up your Ghost Bullet should be back. If not, just lodge a few rockets in the Cultists.
