If cookies don't change unless you save, couldn't someone throw all their cookies, other person pick them up, and person one not save?

Heh, I suppose that would work. Would take a while though, those cookies don't throw fast. :p

My question also is, does time add up from online too?

All I have left is 200 requests, 100 hours, 50 battles, and 1000 cookies ):

Not sure about online time counting, but you can leave the game on in the Princedom with your controller off, so that's an easy achievement. :)
