[The Perfect Gun]

this is what you can do...

Totally upgrade one of the weapons, and when you get the achievement, do NOT save. Exit out of the game. You will have gotten the achievement and still have all your money. Use the money on any other weapons and keep doing that from the start. It may be kind of confusing, but it works. I did that and I got 3 weapons almost 4 fully customized on Rookie and only getting 3 sa!

My reason for starting a new thread is to ask the moderators to be more objective. Some guy asked for help & ended up getting flamed, to a degree, by a moderator. This guy wasn't being obnoxious or anything, just asking for help.

My points are:
As moderator, there was really no reason to lock the thread. The guy wasn't asking how to count, he was having trouble keeping track of his kills. For someone new to the game, I can say its not hard to loose track when you're killing a lot of people in a small amount of time.

As someone who is skilled in the game, you could have suggested counting Xs on the map if you do loose count.

So I'm not trying to flame you, Webbmeister, just wanted to say "not cool". Stuff like that is only going to discourage people from using this site.

Thank you. I also found this a little "heavy handed" for lack of a better description. I also think the "sarcasim" attached to many posts of late is becoming a little tiring.

First of all, I did search, if anyone would like to search for a thread specific to the 47 kills achievement, and actually finds one - with a minor walkthrough of some kind detailing an easy place to attain it (as I requested in my post) please let me know!!

Also, if anyone would like to run a search and find Dawebbmiesters mysterious post regarding this (and ONLY opinion on doing the achievement according to him) way of doing the achievent he mentions, and actually find it EASILY without actually specifically search for exactly what he says, I will eat my own hat.

I found the post he refers too, but if anyone can search for that easily, your having a laugh. It was buried inside a thread and I only managed to even find it through mass searching for exactly what he said the post contained, and reading loads of posts.

On a bad note, seems to be happening alot, and its certainly tainted my views on the board here.
On a good note, I actually have the achievement now.

And yes before this gets locked, I have searched, and yes there are many posts, but they are all diluted with off topic things, and 3 pages long, and anyone else looking for the information just won't simply find it. Also the threads only imply to kill people alot and the such, which is precisely why I am requesting the information.

Right, I am going for this achievement, I have complete a Vintage year, on both Normal and Expert just now.. I shot up loads of stuff, completed the level and left, only to find I have ZERO notoriety for the level?

Ok, I poisoned his dad, blew up the winch for his son and dropped the crate on his head. I then got my suit back on, went into the court yard, killed about 6 guards and 3 civilians, in front of everyone (15 witnesses) and left the level only to have a 0 notoriety rating.
So what am I missing?? I used silenced guns, but obviously the 11 kills were 90% in front of a crowd, in my own suit, which I left in. I took out the targets, some guards, and also a few civvys just to mix it up. Only thing I can think of is the notoriety is applied to the next level played or something? Or I have done something incorrectly??

see, i think you cant kill civilians....i killed all but 1 enemies in vintage level, and i got 18/100 rating on normal, then on curtains down i left NO ONE alive, and it stayed at 18/100...i also read somewhere you cant kill civilians just all enemies for it to go up...giver a try im gonna give it a try after lunch today ill post back to if it worked for me...

Yeah, I think you can but only on the lower levels. You defo can't on Professional!

Agreed. If the rest of u had read the start of my guide :p I said this technique could only be used on "rookie" or "normal", that is because on the 2 higher levels, using guns will not give you a silent assasin!

You're missing the main point Webbmeister. It is more about asking for mature / objective moderators than any particular thread. As a moderator, you could & should be more tactful about why you're locking threads. If they're redundant, why not just delete them? Telling people they are "stupid" then locking the thread just seems unfair.

I'm not going to continue debating this. It may very well be that you don't intent to insult people but this is how things come across. Personally, I think this is a great site & would hate to see it deteriorate because users see moderators posts as insulting & think its accepable.

Ok, It is with reluctance that I am contacting you regarding this. I think its a poor tale when it gets to this but I feel something has to be said and that is what I'm going to attempt to do here.

Can I firstly say that I am not looking for anyone to appologise, nor for any public bashing, I won't even ask for a reply to this. I just want to put something accross which I feel is wrong.

I started a thread for help, with information on how other people achieved an achievement on hitman, so that I might copy it, and gain it myself. Having searched I found nothing but references to what the achievement was, and how you get it (ie kill 47 people) I had unsuccessfully attempted the achievement, and found myself never hitting 47 bang on, due to being under fire and such within the game, and couldnt see how it was possible to count 47 deaths when people are coming at you from all angles etc. So requested help in the forum for possible solutions.

I had one reply from a user, and then the moderator comes and starts ranting I don't know how to count? I'm posting because I don't know how to count?? Clearly this is not the case, as I clearly put in my thread, I wanted information on the best level, the best hiding spot to pick people off, so I can remain covered while doing the above, that sort of thing, like a walkthrough, from someone that had actually done it already.

Although only my own personal take on it, I found it very condrasending and unworthly of the tone used. Ok it was locked, thats fine, there was a post within a thread which related to what I was asking, but even when I know exactly what I was searching for, it still took me ages to find the post he was refering too!?

Yes, more off topic harrasment for lack of a better word. I and another user exchange theories, and we have an answer, thread solved, lock if need be.. Yes its all very childish, but this is the interweb. Its an achievement site, with a forum with many active users all trying to do the same thing, break the games. Its helped me to MANY a 1000 points. I enjoy coming on here, and getting the inside edge on my games, I don't think anyone needs this sort of thing here, and it will only serve to lower the quality of the expirence of being on here.

I would just like to stop being targeted in the future, nothing more. If my threads where, stupid, already posted, if I need a dictionary, whatever, I appologise but I never posted with any ill intensions, and I never started a duplicate thread specific to the achievement I wanted information on.

i got it all i did was what he did:

i upgraded my w2000 sniper to almost all the upgrades i can get and equip the ones with extra clips and where he can hold it steady....then go to a new life go to the treehouse in the far end of the level and kill all the guards you see theres like 20 some...youll have enough sniper bullets with about 4 or so to spare incase you miss...then go do your thing, i poisoned the dude who i was suppose to kill, then sedated the chick stole necklace, there was 1 other agent in the level i went to the corner of the level and sniped him from the ground from a distance and i was done i got the acheivement and the russian hare thing. gluck.

I appreciate the tip man but I was just wondering if you can get the achievement with a different special rating. It doesn't appear that you can.

well I just got The Eraser again and I did everything to get the Russian Hare. Is it 22 kills exactly? That's how many kills I get every time and I don't see any more guards. I did all the objectives and didn't go into the red a single time. This is very frusterating

Therefore in my opinion too of the achievements are wrong... the scores must be switched..

You don't have to poison him, you can just go into the FBI fan and dial the witness. When you do he goes to the window and you can snipe him from the garage across the street. Just make sure the woman clipping the hedges doesn't see you go in.

Go to the level a new life.
Take a sniper rifle with you.
Start and equip the sniper. no sneakyness nothing...
Just start killing fbi agents until your ammo is depleted, Then go in the house kill the target and kill the wife. Make sure all FBI agents are dead. Grab the film from the necklace and escape. Get the rating a russian hare and unlocks achievement.

I did it by taking a fully equipped sniper rifle to a new life, go straight to the tree house, and just sit picking off the guards, until everyone has gone. Then go kill Vinnie, with the sniper rifle of course, sedate or seduce the wife, and take the film, then exit the level.

Basically, no civillian deaths. All guards/FBI dead, kills only with the sniper rifle.

Russian Hare is the rating to get you the achievement.

Just to polish off the thread, after reading the hitman forum, it seems you can't replay a previous mission and gain a higher notoriety than you did when you first completed it and saved it to your career, hence why I couldn't get ANY notoriety with the above stats and going mental on the levels seeing as I played through the entire game first time being as stealthy as I could.

I just started a new career, ran through the training mission and jumped into A vintage year. First time through (on normal) shot up a few guards, in front of civvys, also killed a few civvys for good measure, generally shootin everythin up and I get a 52/100 Madman rating :D

I know this is a dumb question, but how do you push the weights on the guy? Also, do you need to do optional mission objectives to get a Silent Assassin rating?

I played through this last night, to get my Most Notorious achievement.

I found that I couldn't escape the level unless I killed the 3 "optional" marks? The escape option wasn't there when I revived the agent and tried to leave. So maybe they aren't optional at all??

The weight lifting guy can only be done at a specific time, and within a very short window of oppotunity.

Hang around until he starts his workout on the bench, walk behind him on the bench, as if you were spotting his weightlifting. When he finishes, he stretches upright with the weight, then lowers backwards and down back onto the benches uprights - then he will just get up and wander around - but just as he puts the weights down, if you are right behind him, right upto the bench, an option will pop up to press A to drop weights. Do that quickly and he will grab the weights and push them down onto his neck strangling him.

I describe this, and I believe the video walkthroughs also show this, on my achievement guide within this forum :)

then I might of killed him, I dressed as the doctor and when he was sitting in a rooom whith 2 chairs telling me how he needs alcholic, I strangled him.
This is something else you want to avoid doing, stay in the suit taken when you go down to give the death serum to the agent (ie the guard type doctor bloke in the room above where the cells are containing the agent, sat looking out the window to the cells) if you put on the therapists suit, found upstairs in the main building, this will trigger the patiant to start his therapy routine and he never went back to the weights when I went near him wearing this. It will also remove the oppotunity for the accidental kill which is needed on professional difficulty for silent assassin rating :(

Trying to steer this back to topic; as I understand it your notoriety for a given level will always be your best (lowest) value for the level. So if you complete the Vinyard level (on normal) once with notoriety = 0, you'll always get zero notoriety for the level if you play it again at the same difficulty rating, even if you kill every person but one to tell the tale. But if you play a level for the first time (or on a new difficulty) with guns blazing, your notoriety will accumulate. I haven't gotten this one myself, so correct me if I'm wrong. Personally I'm planning to just start a new career and go for notoriety seperately once I finish with the rest.

Yes, I think thats exactly the problem. The notoriety is fixed once you complete the level and save to your career save game. Start a new career, play the training and the first three levels on normal, and you should get the achievement very easily in 3 levels. I had 82/100 after the first two full levels on normal difficulty.

Ok ill write up my own guide for the Special rating achevement.
this is how i done it
play the level "new life" make sure u have ONLY ur sniper rifle
no other weapon run over behind the bush to ur left and drop ur sniper case
run and grab the donuts and go somewhere quite inject them with posion then hide them somewhere were no one will find them then grab ur sniper case and go to the tree house <<save at this point in case u screw up>> now sneak past the fat old lady and if she chases u and goes this is my house blah blah load it again if u make it past get into the tree house and snipe all of the enemies but not the clown,pool cleaner,cook dude or his wife
just let them keep coming but there will be one who will not move from the front door so check ur map and make sure his the only guard left now save again and sneak past the fat old lady again make sure here backs turned
now go grab ur donuts and leave on the grownd by survalince van (says put donut down or something) let them come out and take them back in and eat them go in get in one of there suits and dial the the targets phone (maken him come to the window) go to the garage north of the survalice van and unpack ur sniper rifle shoot the guard out front and then shoot the target though the front window by his phone pack ur sniper rifle up and leave it with ur suit in the van go into the house and follow the wife till shes alone and then inject her with the k.o seringe not the posion one take the neckles go back to the van get ur suit and sniper and then head fo the exit and ur homedry xD :woop:

i went through "a new life" i killed everyone with the sniper rifle from the tree house and then retrieved the data necklace and got the eraser also but never got the achievement. i think you need to get a certain special rating

I had a hard time sedating the wife after killing all the guards because she wouldn't stay still long enough for me to sneak up on her. So what I did was after you put on an FBI suit (When in Agent 47 suit the lady by the hedges will be alerted) run behind the house with the open garage and climb through the window in the back. In the room you'll find a box of tranquilizer darts (10 rounds) that you will be able to use with the air rifle thats in the tree house. Just shoot the wife, pool boy, server, and clown with the rifle and all you have to do is walk in the backyard and get the necklace.

Just to let you all know, you dont have to sneak. I got this while running around the streets killing random guards as I found them. The only things you have to be careful about is killing all the guards and vinnie with the sniper and not killing any civilians. you dont have to sneak to the wife to sedate her, you can just walk right up to her.

Here is how to get all of the achievements for Hitman: Blood Money


1st Mission Complete: Just beat the level on any difficulty to get this achievement.

Rookie Mode Complete: Beat all the levels on the " Rookie " difficulty. Requiem does not need to be beaten to get this achievement.

Normal Mode Complete: ^^ Same proceedure as Rookie Mode

Expert Mode Complete: ^^ Same proceedure as Rookie Mode

Professional Mode Complete: Yes, this is very hard, still, same proceedure as
rookie mode. If you cant beat the levels, search them up on youtube.com. They have good silent assasain videos for most of the levels

Tier 2 Kruger Schmidt: You will get this achievement when you progress through levels.

Tier 3 Kruger Shmidt: Same proceedure as Tier 2

Tier 4 Kruger Scmidt: Same proceedure as Tier 2

Fully Customized M4: Buy every upgrade for the M4, then play a level, when you finish that level you will receive the achievement. You dont have to have the weapon for the mission

Fully Customized Silverballers: Same proceedure as M4

Fully Customized SMG Tactical: Same Proceedure as M4.

Fully Customised SP12 Shotgun: Same Proceedure as M4.

Fully Customised W2000 Sniper: Same Proceedure as M4.

Accidents do happen... : Kill a target.. making it look like a accident. Example: Rig the barbeque, wait for the target to turn it on. POOF. She gets on fire. (A New Life)

47 kills in a mission: Beat the entire level with precisly 47 kills. I honestly think " A Vintage Year " is a great level to do it on. That's how I got it.

Notorious: On normal,expert, so on so forth, (NOT ROOKIE!!) try to get a bad rating... like Physopath. That will bring up your notoriety alot. Keep doing this untill its 100/100. You will get the achievement prompt

Redemption: After the level Amendment XXV, there is a level called Requiem. It shows Agent 47 laying at his funeral. You can get him up by pushing the thumbsticks up. He will then get up. Shoot all the guards/people. You will then get the achievement.

High Roller: Get 5,000,000 dollers in your bank. Dont waste it!! You will get the achievement for getting this much money. The Murder Of Crows gives you the most money, so keep replaying it and you will get the achievement in no time.

Special Rating: Well, Hard to explain. But, there are ratings that are very speical if you get everything the way it needs to be right. Example The Russian Hare ( A New Life ). Read a guide for more information.

nvm i just got a special rating. "the insane flourist" on a new life. all you have to do is use the hedgeclippers and kill everyone on the map,excluding the dog of course lol. didnt take me very long. and is a hell of alot easier than using the knife.

but what i did was i got the hedgeclippers and i went into the ladies house after i killed her.and then a bunch of agents will come,kill them.(its quite easy actually cuz they try and sneak into tthe room one at a time.oh and be careful sometimes they try and sneak into the back window behind you.)
and then the back up agents will come and then you kill them,and once nore more agents come go inside kill vinny. go into the back kill all of the remaining agents(3 or 4 ) then go kill his wife and get the microfilm. kill the poolboy.and then go search the neighborhood making sure you have kill EVERYONE. the two trashmen,the old lady beside the treehouse,the jogger etc...
i did this and i think i had like a third of health left. but just incase you might wanna buy the painkillers before the mission starts.

Thanks man, really good advice. Do you by any chance remember how many total ppl you killed? Because I killed everyone with the clippers, did the objectives, and escaped but I only got serial killer status. I killed a total of 31 ppl, and I thought for sure I got everyone. Maybe I missed someone...

uhmm im not sure. but make sure you only use the hedgeclippers to kill. and dont kill the dog. make sure you search the neighborhood before you escape,just to make sure you got eveyrone.

Earn as much money as possible and create a save point immediately before escaping from the level. i killed everyone but the dog with the hedge clippers as well, got 31 kills, and a rank of deranged slayer, i however walked over by the tree house and let the civis run and tell the fbi agents and they would come running around that corner and just clip em a couple of times. but still no special rating.

edit: ok i killed all the fbi agents and vinny with the hedgeclippers, the wife i sedated and the rest of the civilians i left alone. i had a total of 22 kills and i picked up vinnys bull .480

ok i was playing this level and i saw u can put a bomb on the lights....can u just put a bomb on the lights instead of switching the guns?

You need to switch the guns to kill the actor target, and plant the bomb to kill the other targer, when the actor gets shot the guy under protections run to him, then when he's under the lights hit the detonator, he will trip, the lights will crash down killing him, and you just have to leave.
Edit: Isn't this the only light you can booby trap?

its a glitch and not a cheat,cheat so it will probably get you the achievement. Sounds like a waste of time though your going to be playing through it 4 times for the 1000 so youll have planty of time to upgrade your guns and save up 5 mill.

Hey well I need help to get SA on normal mode (well really any mode) on Curtains Down. I havn't bought any upgrades (cause I'm trying to get $5,000,000 achievment as well). So here is basictly what I do

- Go in and go to the coat check and get the WWII pistol
- Go into bathroom next to coat check and wait for the Carpenter (green suit) worker to come in and sedate him (sometimes I have to punch him because I can't sedate him with the needle because he will turn around). Then take the uniform and stash him in the tub
- Go downstairs through door on the other side of coat check and work my way back stage
- run up the light area and place bomb ont he rope for the Chandlere
- Wait in closet in the 2nd starts room and then when he leaves switch the guns
- Run upstairs to the security office and grab the Light Room key and then run down in the lobbey again and go up the upper floor and into tho light room.
- Wait for the shot to be fired, then when the other guy comes running in and trips.. pull the detonator
- Run back to bathroom and switch suits. and exit the level.

I basictly do the same thing as other people on some youtube videos and what not. So Idk what I'm doing wrong cause I always will just get like "Hitman" or "Professional". I'm not very good at the whole "start the level and sneak all the way down to the basement and then to the showers to switch the outfit" thing. And as far as I can tell my stratagy should work

Well, I got Silent Assassin your way, so you must be doing something wrong.

I have noticed one problem, the punching the first mechanic in the toilet, as far as I know DOES affect your rating, it must be a silent sedation injection without him noticing you.

Well I got the carpenter this time without him turning around. But also what I did is I walked the entire time instead of running and that seems to help.

But when the guy gets shot then with the real WWII pistol my awareness instantly becomes yellow, so would that be where the "witness" would be, or is that from when I push the detonator?

I had the exact same prob with u, but i tried this new way and it works.
and i FINNALY got a Silent Assasain on it.

Instead of switching guns buy 2 bombs put one one lights and one on chandlere. Then as soon the actor shoots him with the gun activate 1st bomb and he will die,(dont worry about actor he moves out of the way)
then the 2nd target will come along and when he trips activate the 2nd bomb. NOTE: Make sure no one sees u beacuse 1st time i tried it 1 of the security fellas on the other side of the railing saw me and i didnt get a silent assasian, so watch out for people,but besides that it should be easy.

No matter how I try this level I can't get the elusive SA, I normally sedate the FBI in the van with the doughnuts so I can steal a suit then put sedative in the bottle of wine in the kitchen so I can easily take the necklace.

But no matter what method I've tried to kill Vinnie the best I can get is pro. For the love of God how the heck can I do this level on SA?

I couldnt do this either, The video walkthroughs on the PC would have you believe you can push vinnie down the stairs and he dies, but alas whenever I did this, he just got back up :/ I also tried pushing him over the balcony, which also didnt work. Good work on the wine bottle though! I never knew that was possible. I always used the pool boy suit and seduced her lol.

I know it doesnt really help you get the SA, but I spent so long on this level I'd also just like to know how (although I don't have the game any more) if only so I can stop banging my head against the wall!!

I did this an alternative way. Might be worth attempting it? Its in my achievement guide thread http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=5007 and I found it by far the easiest level on the game to get SA rating on Professional :) Maybe you'll have some luck..

If you want to attempt to push him over the balcony of the landing or down the stairs there, it is. The FBI agent that patrols that landing (not the one following Vinnie) is the guy you will take out this way.

Assuming you don't already know, take the ether from the backroom of the garage opposite Vinnies house, and use it on the girls underwear in the bedroom. Once that guy is down, you can sneak up behind Vinnies guard while Vinnie goes on the computer, sedate or knock out, and drag him into the bed room also. Vinnie will then walk around without a bodyguard leaving you free to try it on with him :)

The only thing I am stuggling with is making Vinnies death look like an accident, might try the stairs and banister tonight, see if I cant get it to work.

actually if you poisin vinny, his head falls back and it looks like hes sleeping, therefore when his bodygaurd comes back he isnt alarm becuase he thinks vinny is sleeping. make sure you take vinnies gun thats in the ground too.

K ignore all there crazy ideas, what u do is when vinnies watching the tv go oustide at the front of the house and break the utility box (make sure no one's looking) then vinnies gurad will leave the room to go and fix the tv, when he does go behind vinnie (he will be sitting in the chair) and fibre wire him or poison him, and u thats how u get a silent assasain.

The whole essence of Silent Assassin is that no other civilian gets harmed (sedated is alright) and that the targets are taken down with no-one suspecting it's you (bodies not found, murder not seen or accidents).

The fact that you have a Violent Thug rating means you are killing people you shouldn't and probably getting seen causing destruction.

Im pretty sure you can use the detonator in front of people and still get a SA rating (Ive done it tons of times) For example: "Till Death do Us Part", I plant a mine on the light above the steps, and when the older guy walks up it(The dude with the bucket of chicken:p ), I bust my detonator out and kill him, leave, and get a SA.

OK poison or fibrewire him in his chair doesn't give you SA, nor does it in the computer room no matter how you hide him it only gives Pro.

You can kill him on the stairs with a push if you wait until he is one third - half the way down, but there are often people about so it is hard not to be seen.

5- Turn off the lights while both of you are in the bathroom, she'll try to turn them back on, SEDATE her, take the necklace.
6- Run upstairs and go into the computer room where Vinnie always goes to

Doesn't always work, sometimes before you exit the guard might find him in the corner resulting in Professional rating.

I get SA on all four difficulties everytime.

1- Take donuts from van and sedate them. Don't posion them!
2- Enter van, take suit, steal video tape, and make sure the catier doesn't see in enter the van.
3- Go through the house into the backyard.
4- Wait for the pool boy to go into the shed, sedate him and take his clothes. Make sure he doesn't see you.
5-Approach Vinnie's wife and she will take you to her room. She'll go into the bathroom and come back say she's not in the mood anymore. Wait for her to lye down and go to sleep. Take the necklace and leave. Before you leave make sure the upstairs guard doesn't see.
6- Wait for Vinnie to go into the TV room with his guard. When he does go outside and cut the electricity. His guard will go fix it and while he does, fiber wire or poison Vinnie and hide him in the closet. The guard will come back and sit down.
7- Go back to the van, get the suit and leave. Just make sure the runner or catier don't see you exit in the hitman suit.

Done and SA awarded.

Basically, kill your targets, then before you leave the level, go on a rampage, shoot plently of guards, a few civillians, but leave some as witnesses, shoot your guns around them etc etc. Make a lot of noise, and kill alot of guards etc. Notoriety is given at the end of a level and the amount is dependant on how psychopath you were in the level :)

Please also note, you can't increase your notoriety on a level you have already played through and saved to your career. If need be, start a new career and play through on normal again. You should have this done after 3 or so levels of play (not including the training level)

You can use the lady's hedgeclipper's to get the secret ranking Insane flourist on the same level, and

hedgeclippers > baseball bat

Especially when chasing down fleeing innocents :woop::woop:

I agree. A lot easier to get the clippers than the bat in this level and 47 does a cool animation with the clippers when you kill them from the back.

When I got this, I played on rookie, to get the clippers from the lady, show her your gun and she'll drop on her knees and drop the hedge clippers. Pick them up and kill her. Than go to the van and take out the two FBI guards as they are the ones that call for back up. Next, just take out everyone, one by one. Everyone must die. I didn't get the dog nor take the security tape but I did exit the map with the hedge clippers. This achievement was the last one I had go get on this game and got this in my first try after trying and trying to get Russian Hare. Good luck!

47 Kills - I did this on the "Till death do us part" mission, i simply counted my kills

5 Professional Silent Assasin's - I found it easiest on the first 4 missions "A Vintage Year" through "A New Life" then you only have 1 left, just pick one that your good at!

I can't understand why they didn't include a way to check which missions you have accomplished silent's on. I am sure I did 5 on Expert, but no achievement. Now in order to figure it out I'm goin to have to try redoing all of them. :mad:

Ok ill write up my own guide for the Special rating achevement.
this is how i done it
play the level "new life" make sure u have ONLY ur sniper rifle
no other weapon run over behind the bush to ur left and drop ur sniper case
run and grab the donuts and go somewhere quite inject them with posion then hide them somewhere were no one will find them then grab ur sniper case and go to the tree house <<save at this point in case u screw up>> now sneak past the fat old lady and if she chases u and goes this is my house blah blah load it again if u make it past get into the tree house and snipe all of the enemies but not the clown,pool cleaner,cook dude or his wife
just let them keep coming but there will be one who will not move from the front door so check ur map and make sure his the only guard left now save again and sneak past the fat old lady again make sure here backs turned
now go grab ur donuts and leave on the grownd by survalince van (says put donut down or something) let them come out and take them back in and eat them go in get in one of there suits and dial the the targets phone (maken him come to the window) go to the garage north of the survalice van and unpack ur sniper rifle shoot the guard out front and then shoot the target though the front window by his phone pack ur sniper rifle up and leave it with ur suit in the van go into the house and follow the wife till shes alone and then inject her with the k.o seringe not the posion one take the neckles go back to the van get ur suit and sniper and then head fo the exit and ur homedry xD :woop:

Well, I've gotten SA on this level a few times... aside from the way you describe (which, for the record, cannot involve punching / being seen by the carpenter or being seen handling the detonator OR being seein going in and out of the light control room, among other no-nos) it can be done with a sniper rifle as well. The sniper rifle needs to have the good silencer (and the good scope helps too)... I distinctly remember putting a bullet in the opera singer and putting one in that diplomat after he gets up on stage to check it out as well and STILL getting an SA rating. I don't think the violence matters and they don't have to be accidents.

A long while ago, I beat this game on Expert without any SA ratings.
The last days I have been going for the "5 Expert Silent Assassins ratings" or whatever.

I managed to do these levels in the following order:
A new life, A vintage year, Curtains Down, Flatline, Till death do us part...

No achievement!

Do I have to do the levels in order? Or do I have to press "Continue" instead of "Quit" after finishing a level and saving? (I really can't remember if I have pressed continue or not)

Anyway, I hate these kind of bugs, especially when there's no way of seeing your ratings.

Plz help me :(

I don't think it is glitched because I have gotten the expert silent assassins and they don't need to be done in any particular order.

As far as I remember you have to press continue, if it loaded the next mission I just quit out of that one.

what limo?? i killed all with sniper gun, then went to the garage to pick the last FBI guy at the front door ...didnt see a limo... that explains why after 6 times i still dont have the RH achievement grrrrrr

Ok, try this, finish the game on easiest difficulty, then buy ALL UPGRADES for the sniper rifle, but dont buy the bolt action, make sure you have alot of clips, bullets, clipsize and NO silencer and scope. Go into the treehouse, unpack, and start getting headshots, people will start running right over to where you killed the guy walking on the side of the house, and you will get this easily. Ohh yea, once you kill enough guys, check your map for any remaining enemies, then go and snipe your target

i got it now, i killed the guys in the surveillance bus first.... but then there is no one to call the limo´s, so first kill someone and the limo will be called in.... only took me like 25 times to figures this out

All I can say is I went up in the treehouse started sniping. They saw me and started shooting at me. I came down from the tree smoked all there asses ran around the map shooting my guns like crazy killed everything on the map basically, leaving a few since I was working on my notoriety. End the board bam Russian Hare. I didn't follow any of the guidelines and got it. So in all reality here I'm trying to figure out how it happened??? Any ideas?

5 Silent Assassin ratings awarded on the Professional difficulty

Didn't see if anyone answered these.

1) Level 2.
2) New game, normal difficulty. From A Vintage Year on (until you get the achievement), kill almost everyone leaving a few witnesses, getting caught on film and leaving your suit behind in the level. Should take a few missions.
3) Don't know any other levels other than A New Life. Russian Hare or Insane Gardner or whatever it's called.
4) A Vintage Year, Curtains Down, Flatline, A New Life and 'Till Death Do We Part. A Vintage Year doesn't really have any tricky parts. Curtains Down Can get tricky when blowing the bomb on the big chandelier to crush the second guy. Flatline can be tricky when you go into the basement to sedate the guy before he drinks his coffee. A New Life has no tricky parts if you use the barbecue method to kill the wife. Lastly 'Till Death Do We Part can get a bit hard trying to get the gangster's suit near the bathrooms to the left after entering the mansion, but nothing incredibly difficult.

If you don't use the video walkthroughs, you'll have to be smart to get the SA rankings. I recommend you try and get the 1000 points without any help, though, because the game is great, so you shouldn't ruin it. the game is not really hard, anyway, mainly because the gameplay is superb.

Most of these achievements aren't challenging to the point of throwing your control at your tv (don't recommend that), and are actually quite fun, here's hoping ''Kane and Lynch'' will be as much fun!:drunk

The achievements aren't really hard, but I got this on ps2 ages ago and played it to death completing all the difficulties through having fun, having rented it, its kinda hard to enjoy it anymore since I've played it so much on ps2, for me, some of the achievements have made me feel bored with the game and I played TMNT more when I got it xD

The achievements are good though, struggling with the special rating one, if you play this for the first time the achievements aren't very hard and are very enjoyable.

Depending on your familiarity with hitman series it should take between 40 and 60 hours. If you haven't played a hitman game before it may take you a while to adjust your approach to get a silent assassin rating on all the missions. If you need help with any mission, you can PM me on this site. I got SA on all missions on hard difficulty.

If it says "Not Available" you do not have access to the upgrade tier. As you complete missions, you get access to better and better upgrades. You need all upgrades to get the weapon achievements.
