Speed Setting?

I have heard many chatting about it, but when I go to the setting's screen I see nothing about speed. Any ideas where I should look?

if you still haven't got it figured heres how its done:
you go to "My NCAA" from the main menu
select "rosters"
"view/edit"
select the team you want and cursor over to the speed column. Press a and use the thumbstick to raise or lower the speed. when you are done press b and make sure you save. It can be done in dynasty the same way i think except instead of "My NCAA" you choose "Dynasty". I am not sure though, i haven't tried it in dynasty.
