last hide and seek help

anyone know where the last hide and seek is...i know he is hiding near the round circle to the west on the map, there is five tall buildings, skinny ones.. anyone know there little punk is hidding, on a ledge maybe.. help

@@UPDATE, GOT THE LITTLE BUGGER, GO THE LARGEST SKINNY POLE...THERE IS 2 WAYS OF CLIMBING IT.. ONCE AT THE TOP BRING UP YOUR MAP, AND HE IS ON THE FIRST SKINNY POLE NORTH OF THE LARGE ONE, THAT YOU SHOULD BE ONTOP OF, AND HIS WANTING TO BE A TREE@@

he's where's black dot

Just climb on the wall where is red dot and jump to black dot that's all.

Yeah its really easy if you just climb it...I dont know if it was just me, but I thought you could only climb walls when there were footprints on them...kinda embarassing.

He's actually on the roof of the tower directly to the left of the red dot.
