Ok, I feel kind of dumb I've made it all the way to flesh but can't seem to figure out what to do now. The big things you have to shoot in the back just keep coming and I've tried shooting the other two creatures above but I'm just not getting anywhere, can someone help me out?

Nevermind, figured it out finally. The firstborn wasn't as tough as the rest of the game though, kinda disappointing.

seems a lot of questions are being repeated...
shoot the people off of the wheels, the Sumerian hanging from the ceiling will extend out and turn around, shoot him in the back... repeat three more times.. (shooting the people off of the wheels, then shooting dudeman in the back) then kill the blood chick in the middle... let team take care of the puppets, they will only respawn.....
