I have found the keycard but don't know where you unlock the door at? Please help.

The second mission as in Tangaroa island?

If thats the mission your refering to then once you have picked the keystone up off the beach you jump back up to where you were previously, from there you jump up to the next level and head left, if i am right there should be a door there.
