God of Pop – Pop 250 heads!

A "Pop" is when you get a headshot on the basic Cultist and their head explodes or "pops". Any weapon will cause their head to pop, but the best choices are Black's sniper rifle, Black's RB move, Deigado's pistol, or the shotgun from either Ross' or Jones' gun at close range. I sugest you use Black's rifle and her RB move since you'll be using her a lot for the other kill achievements.

To disintegrate somebody, shoot them with Black's grenade launcher. Some enemies won't disintergrate though so make a note of enemies the are immune to disintegration so you can save your ammo.

Tortured Souls is the 5th level of The Crusades era. This level introduces the child ghosts. They will float around you until they turn solid an begin attacking you. Delgados RB move is very usefull against these flying buggers.

Imperium is the 1st level of the Roman Provinces era. This is a long level with a pit that spaws the exploding cultistis and the roman soldier from the top of the stairs. Stick to the top with delgado and spam the RB move.Along with having to beat this level on Hard, you'll also have to make sure the person you're playing as doesn't die. If you feel like you're about to die, switch to Rawlings and use his healing spell. If you do actually die, just restart from your last checkpoint.

[I]Temple of Pain is the 4th level of the Roman Provinces era.The only problem I've seen people have with this level is the button puzzle. After you do the botton game with church crossing the ledge, stand on the botton in the middle. Then look at each button and hit left on the d-pad for one button snd right for the other. This will order your teamates to go there and the bridge will show.

Complete Morituri te salutant on Hard without being incapacitated.

Morituri te salutant is the 6th level of the Roman Provinces era. The only problem you'll have with this level will be the 2 back to back giant beasts. Use a combination of Delgado's pistol, Cole's RB ability, and Black's rifle all aiming at their heads. Along with having to beat this level on Hard, you'll also have to make sure the person you're playing as doesn't die. If you feel like you're about to die, switch to Rawlings and use his healing spell. If you do actually die, just restart from your last checkpoint.

Skin is the 3rd level in the Sumeria era. Shoot down the first boss and then use jones RB move to the guys in the top of the ring, aim at the piller, and use the A button to open it up to reveal the other boss and unload on him. Rinse and repeat.

Flesh is the 4th level in the Sumeria era. Ignore the big guy chasing you around and focus on the gears on the wall. Take out Delgado's psitol and pop the hard to see corpses off the gears. When you pop all 4 the guy on the very top will come out and turn around for a short bit. When he turns around, unload on him. Rinse and repeat untill he dies then po any remaining gear corpses and focus your fire on the guy in the center.

Blood is the 5th level in the Sumeria era. Shoot down all the fly covered corpses before you start to attack the two big guys. When all of them are gone, focus your fire on the 2 bosses. If you begin to see flys swarm on you screen, switch to someone else quickly.

For you, maybe. The way I approach guide writing: write it so that an 8-year old girl could start playing the game to try and get achievements, then read your guide and do better. She wouldn't get better if all it says is "self-explanatory" you know? Just because you assume the game is super easy, doesn't mean it will be for everyone. Write it with that in mind.

Here's a good idea for the weapon achievements. Go to the level Skin on easy. Keep killing the normal enemies and dodging the dead ladies attacks until she goes away. She will eventually go away. The enemies will keep spawning with no other obstacles. Easy headshots. Easy ghost bullet kills. Easy grenade kills. Easy melee. Ish. It's best if doing the melee here to keep your partner alive in case the enemies grab you and head-butt you and you mess up the button pattern. You'll be able to tell whether it was you or your NPC that got the kill because whenever they kill something they make a cheesy exclamation.

PS- Staying alive in this level on hard for the achievement is the most frusterating part of the game. What I did is used Jones for the entire level and used Black as a decoy, picking her up whenever she was killed. The iron maiden is what spawns the regular enemies so as long as you can keep hitting the button on top of it, they shouldn't spawn. You'll have to keep reviving your friend in between shooting up the dead lady inside the iron maiden because of the bungie-knifing baddies and her fire balls. You shouldn't have to hit the button more than 15 times if you hit maiden-girl with full clips each time.

Well there's not much to say on those. No real need for tips on this game's hard levels.

Some parts can be a bit confusing as I've actually had to go online to search for walkthroughs on certain parts of the game. Finding certain buttons.. And I'm sure people may have some troubles figuring out the boss on skin until they remember which characters they have available.

Also, a good idea might be to reorder the achievements. Like put all the level acheivements in the order they appear as you're playing. And put all the Grasshopper, Master and God achievements together and in that order as well. Just to make it easier to read and what not. I am thinking of playing this game very soon.

Just a note regarding the headshot achievements; Delgado's gatling does indeed allow for head popping; I unlocked the Grashopper one while using him. I think Ghost Bullets to the head count for both, because by my own count there's no way I'd have gotten the headshot achievement at that point without it being duplicate, but it's possible I lost count, or that I popped some heads without realizing it.

I just got 1000/1000 in this game so i thought i post some helpful hints,
Firstly kills carry over from game to game, you CAN change the differculty to easy and reload any level u need.
Ghost Bullets DO count towards headshots, The best level for all kill achievements is SKIN ON EASY, In another post it said dodge the ladies fire attacks, this is not a good idea, What i did was quickly change to black and put a ghost bullet in her head and then double scope and 3 or 4 headshots will make her dissapper, now stay as black and pick what kills you need, for headshots ONLY use ghost bullets and just keep popping headshots as soon as the things appear, they will keep coming so dont worry, never change to the other dude unless you go down.
For the BOOM achievements do the same as before and use all 10 bullets from the LT attack, when all bullets are used reload the level, it WILL save the kills.
For melee kills also use black, same as before kill the lady the wait very close to where they spawn and keep hammering the B button. If they do grab you (and they will sometimes) just do the button sequence coz its easy on easy, doesnt matter if you muck it up coz u can be healed as the other dude.

REMEMBER to complete the level if you cant do all the kills in one sitting then it will save it for you and QUIT on flesh, then reload skin and rinse and repeat.

Also dont worry about gettin each level with out being incapacitated as you can reload all the levels once you have completed the game.

Ghost Bullets DO count towards headshots, The best level for all kill achievements is SKIN ON EASY, In another post it said dodge the ladies fire attacks, this is not a good idea, What i did was quickly change to black and put a ghost bullet in her head and then double scope and 3 or 4 headshots will make her dissapper, now stay as black and pick what kills you need, for headshots ONLY use ghost bullets and just keep popping headshots as soon as the things appear, they will keep coming so dont worry, never change to the other dude unless you go down.
For the BOOM achievements do the same as before and use all 10 bullets from the LT attack, when all bullets are used reload the level, it WILL save the kills.
For melee kills also use black, same as before kill the lady the wait very close to where they spawn and keep hammering the B button. If they do grab you (and they will sometimes) just do the button sequence coz its easy on easy, doesnt matter if you muck it up coz u can be healed as the other dude.

REMEMBER to complete the level if you cant do all the kills in one sitting then it will save it for you and QUIT on flesh, then reload skin and rinse and repeat.

Also dont worry about gettin each level with out being incapacitated as you can reload all the levels once you have completed the game.

For the God of Boom/Pop/Ghost Bullet, I kept repeating the start of the level Spiritual Guide over and over again.

13 enemies before you reach Jones so you can disintegrate 10 of them and restart or use the Ghost Bullet on them.

Hell, you can kill the first 3 enemies with a single Ghost Bullet shot!

I definately think that using Black is the best way for all the achievements as she is also only one that can do all the different elements. It also helps that she is the best character!

I have not unlocked anything yet but I assume that I must be close to one of the 50 kills achievements as I am now in the 12th Century levels.

quick conformation of what i had been wondering up until now, if you are out of Black's grenades, switch to cole and use her time loop and chuck an impact grenade on the enemy, thus disintegrating them. just thought u all would like to know, and also a really good set of levels for the disintegration achieve are the three levels in WWII, Blackwatch, Ambush, and Flames of Anger, as you can just use Black's grenades, and by the time you have used them up, a checkpoint will refill them and just keep repeating those 3 levels, i got 150 in less than 30 minutes using this. Sorry if someone else has already confirmed that Cole's grenades work as i had not found it on the forums.

THis is the best game on the 360.
I used Church and Black the WHOLE damn game.
I kept playing Flesh and using Church's Sword to get my melee kills up.
Far quicker than the actual melee.

i may be getting it mixed up with another level, but i thought church wasnt even usable on flesh. i thought its when you are split up and shes not in the squad.

I think it may be blood then...When you are fighting the two warlords..Nanna and Ninni I think when the whole group is established again.

Once in Viccus' Coloseum when the blind Guardian comes out and once near Lichthammer I got too close to a Suicide Bomber Demon.

I just got 1000/1000 in this game so i thought i post some helpful hints,

I actually found the best way to get all the incinerate, melee, headshot and ghostbullet achievements is on FLESH on EASY.
On SKIN only one enemy comes at a time and it takes ages, on FLESH 3 enemies come at once.

For the melee one, just hit cassus vicus's corpse with Black.

Yeah it means dont die or dont get downed so your team mate has to heel you, plus you will know if you have been incapacitated because you will switch to the nearest person when that happens that means you have been incapacitated. Hope this helps.

When you go down, just hit Start and restart the last checkpoint and you will still get the achievement. :)

And if you are about to go down, just switch to someone else quickly.
