Multi-Mines

Hey guys i need some help here. I am trying to finish the game on dark agent and i am now at level 10. I have a problem here. I am using multi-mines but everytime i start the level i only get 2 mines instead of 5. Is there something that i might have missed or is there a setting in the menu or something like that? Your help will be greatly appreciated. TIA

I think the patch made it so you only get 2 mines. Im not sure if this is a glitch or they wanted it to do this.
