case 2 - ashamed to ask...

i m in case 2, just got the dress from the dry cleaners, found the tear and the smear which doesnt contain DNA.
spoke to all 4 people who have nothing to tell to me...and the bird says I dont have any tips for you at this point in time??

any thoughts what i missed?

thx guys, missed the last clue cause it was so bloody small on my screen, have moved the xbox to the big tv and whoop there it was, the missing USB stick...
