Well, we made it to week number 4, and we were almost on time as well – blame Krazie this week :p

We took some feedback on board from last week, and did a quick fire review as well as introducing a poll. The poll is attached to this post, so feel free to discuss it in this thread. The best or funniest answer will be selected and the ‘winner’ will get the opportunity to select the poll question for next week’s podcast.

Were still waiting for an influx of questions for myself and Tron that you want answering, so let them fly and you could be appearing on the next podcast!

I haven't had time to listen to this podcast yet but I do have a response for the poll.
I think that the push back of GTA is a blessing in disguise. I know that I was very pissed when it got delayed but just think of what they can do with all the extra time. I am sure that the game will be so much better with this extra time they are able to put into it. Also there are a ton of other games out there to hold pretty much anyone off until it comes out. So here's to a great 07', and an even better 08' with GTA!:drunk

Well the one thing I will take from this Podcast is the following.

If you find yourself in a game of Halo and you are in need of an insult to fling upon a particlur adversary, it should be worded as follows, "My dear fellow competitor, your game play in the previous match, has left me with an assumption. I tend to believe you would be inclined to want to suckal upon my testicls. Although there is nothing wrong with these homosexual urges you are expericening, I do not wish to indulge your desires.":p

Longer it takes for GTA IV to arrive, the longer it has to improve on the already amazing things we have witnessed!

And about the podcast, cracking as usual. Funnier than usual this time round, and you guys are usually quite the comedians!

Jade Raymond, why the hell would they put her on Maxim? She's pretty cute but it seems like once a gaming chick or whatever graces the cover, they become mega sluts. I'm sure Minty will like that. I think he's more into her because she's making AC. I'm sure Minty had a wet dream the other day about that. Poor guy.

Yaris is a crap game anyways. No one is going to miss it. You don't even actually drive the car.

And 1200 points is not that overpriced... is it? The game is being sold on handhelds and PS2 for 19.99 and the Wii is getting it for 29.99. So see one of the next-gen consoles is paying 10 dollars more. But then again your 360 isn't portable so that kind of sucks.

I must note that this by far the best podcast you guys have had. The round up at the end is sweet and you guys are freaking hilarious. Excellent podcast.

As for Perpetualheaven, if you take it word for word... it means never ending heaven... that sounds so....bad. Now I just feel like going on Halo 3 and asking people to suck my balls :(

Once again great job with the podast guys, it had good amount of gaming info, comedy and sound was alot better. And GTA4 can come whenever, I would rather pay 60 or more for a top notch game than pay 5 dollars for a game that becomes a beer coaster.

Good stuff guys, I'll listen through it again later to see if I get any ideas from it. As for Jade Raymond its kind of like this, there are gamer chicks and then there are GAMER CHICKS. Gamer chicks just play the games, have fun in the community and all that, but GAMER CHICKS are the community, they don't just play games they freaking make them. Think about it, if you're with Jade Raymond and suddenly get the urge to play Super Mario all of a sudden she'd be able to program you a few levels real quick, whats an ordinary gamer chick going to do? She's got the whole girl next door thing going but also the mentality to work in a male dominated industry. Maybe Tron's just afraid he'd get his ass handed to him in Halo?

The push back of GTA IV gives me mixed feelings. Its a blessing in disguise since we do have a huge line up coming this holiday season which allows us to spend money on games that are coming out instead of having to decide which game to get at that time. It would have also resulted in multiple threads posted in the games forum titled "Mass Effect, Assassins Creed, or GTA IV, which should I get?????" We don't need anymore of that then we get already. But also look at the financing involved in this, it was pushed back to meet up with the following fiscal year and should boost profits and earnings for Rockstar. This means the potential for bigger and better games down the road with increased financing.

I think it is a good thing, but probably not as well disguised as Chuck Norris in a prostitutes lady bits.

Rockstar get those extra months to cram more into the game, smooth out the rough edges, warm up the hot coffee and generally get more done or at least take their time with the work they already had planned. Previous GTA games were a bit glitchy at times, hopefully they will spend a lot of time testing the game so everyone isn't waiting for even longer for a patch. One bad thing is that everyone's favourite comedy Lawyer gets more time to find ways to get the game banned for eternity, even though his noble quest is destined to fail he will still tint the amazingness of the game.

If they only do one extra thing during their extra time, I'd hope they persuade the certificate giver-outers to mark the game as NSFPL. Feel free to work that one out between yourselves =)

About GTA 4 i can wait as long i need to because i have enough games to play until this comes out

In regards to the Poll, I believe GTA being pushed back is a Blessing in Disguise. This gives us more freedom and dedication to current games we already own and games we plan to purchase before the year is over.

Conspiracy theory. Rockstar pushed back GTA until next year because they want there prized game to be GOTY for 2008.

I'm going to flame the Tronster here in saying that you breathe too heavy in these podcasts and it annoys the piss out of me. Here's some advice: go to YouTube and search for Tay Zonday- Chocolate Rain and in the beginning, you will see Zonday do a swift little maneuver called "I move away from the mic to breathe in." :p

Personally, I think the roundup at the end is a little redundant in a 30-40 minute podcast. If the podcast was 90 minutes I could see it making more sense but at the moment I don't think it's necessary.:(

Personally, I find all the sound effects annoying and amaturish. All the rest of the podcast is fine, improving every week both in quality and topic choice, but the little bleep boop stuff just irks me.

Podcast might not be out until next week, we weren't able to record it and Minty is on vacation in Vegas. He should be able to get some internet access, so we'll wait and see.
