Do you have to complete all of the bonus objectives to fully complete a match and get the achievements once al the matches in a story are done?

I missed a couple of bonus objectives in DX Story (only one done so far), but completed all the main objectives, but no achievement has popped.

You need to complete all objectives (Including bonus ones) to unlock all achievements. Once you have completed all of them in a story block the achievement should pop.
