How can you ensure getting into a ranked quick match with somebody to do these?

Someone said you can do a 1v1 and keep trying till you match up.

TIP: Go avoid any players in the Outfit who are people getting in the way of you pairing up with the designated player. You can avoid them without giving them bad rep! (Too good, too bad, doesn't understand the game concept)
