That is right, Sanction.

With the purchase of the 120GB HDD by itself, the Migration Kit is included.

With the purchase of an Elite console, the Migration Kit is NOT included. In order to obtain one, you would have to fill out a form(search on Xbox.com) and include both your console ID's. Send or fax the form over to M$ and they will send you the kit.

People do buy these on eBay. They usually go for $20 more or less.

how many Memory Cards would it take to transfer some games over?..

Cause I really dont feel like waiting Months for the cables..

Or would it just be easier to not get involved in too many games leading up to my Elite purchase, and just empty my current Hard Drive and start from scratch on the Elite one?..
