What's so bad about saving?

I might have misunderstood but I read in one post talking about "who ever saves their game is a dirty cheater" ? I save all the time depending on what game, like Oblivion.. shit I saved like 300 times and N3 I save a shit load too, what's so bad about it... I know gamesaving is bad (getting the saved games from internet or something)
