I don't know if this deserves it's own topic, but I felt like it was one of the tougher challenges, so I'm going to offer the best advice I can for it.

Anyway, I ride standard, so if you use goofy, you may have to tweak this a little.

Now the challenge requires you to do a 360 Flip to a FS Crooked. This is pretty easy once you get the technique down. Essentially, for any challenge that requires a grind, I move up extremely slow to where I have to grind. I give myself enough room so that my tail doesn't get clipped either.

Once you get situated by the block (I came from the same direction the challenge starts you off on, but on the right side of the clock instead), you need to perform a 360 Flip.

The 360 Flip will drive most people insane because if you do it wrong you do a varial kickflip or a pop shuv it. The most important thing is to start at about three o'clock for standard stance. If you start any lower or higher, you won't do it. When you get to about five o'clock, you want to push the right stick up fast. This should get you the 360 Flip.

Now once you get that down and you're near the block, the FS Crooked is simple. You want to push the right stick up about maybe about 2 o'clock.

I literally tried for an hour to beat this challenge. Once I realized that you need to start the 360 Flip about three o'clock to land it.

More advice: Thanks to Clockeye
I think an even easier way is to ollie on top of the block and set a session marker. Then you can just sit next to the edge barely rolling and do a 360 flip and just hold the left stick so you land in the fs crooked position. All you have to do is pretty much tap it.

Good luck!

Yeah that's another way. Personally, I can never do that. I've tried it before and it never works out for me but I'll add because any advice helps.

Yeah, this was actually the hardest challenge for me. My main problem trying the old fashioned way was getting height on the 360 flip. Can you get more height on advanced flip tricks? Can you bend your knees or does the motion have to be done real fast? Like how you can bend your knees for a full minute for a kickflip if you wanted to...is that possible for 360 flips?

Thanks to the second method of getting on the bench and then doing the 360 flip and grind I did this challenge in 5 minutes. I kept trying to do it normally and I kept doing BS slides for some reason.

All I gotta do now is learn the nollie 360 flip lol I can NEVER do it no matter how much I try.

I really don't know, there were a few random ones that were high for me, but generally they barely left the ground.

For the 360 flip, all you have to do is start swinging the stick around slow, and then when you get to the middle, flick it fast to the right like a kickflip. It takes awhile to get used to.

try staring at your hands while you do it, sounds dumb but it did help me w/ some tricks

this game really needs a fighting game-esque practice mode w/ onscreen move list

I also thought this was the hardest challenge in the game. It took me an hour and half to do it. I should have read this thread first. :D

Its one of those games where no matter how on point you are, the camera angles will defeat you (similar to Ninja Gaiden). :(

Plus i get the feeling no matter how perfect you flick :Bounce: that 3-flip, on this challenge in particular, the EA programmers purposely designed against the player . For fun; I did the trick first try after the challenge was complete...

took me almost 45 minutes to pass this challenge, then just for "fun":woop:i tried afterwards. I nailed it 5 times in a row before i hit a heelflip. Conspiracy or not, it wasn't a happy moment:rant:.
